Some cases can begin with as little as a $ 500 deposit. The initial $ 500 deposit covers preparation of the power of attorney (IRS Form 2848), filing power of attorney, downloading your account transcripts from IRS, calling IRS if necessary, reviewing your account history and determining the best course of action to resolve your case. After I determine the scope of the work involved, I will prepare a service proposal for your review, and if you do not wish to continue, there is no further obligation on either your part or mine.
History
Established in 1993.
I have been admitted to practice before the IRS 20+ years. I have always had a good working relationship with IRS employees… one based on mutual respect and a willingness to work together until we arrive at solutions that IRS deems satisfactory and that do not impose undue hardships on my clients. Having worked with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in the past helps me understand both sides of controversies very well.

Business Owner
I was a federal employee 15 years. Have worked with IRS and with the Criminal Division, Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. I have been enrolled to practice before the IRS 19 years. I am an Enrolled Agent. Many taxpayers have never heard of Enrolled Agents. An Enrolled Agent («EA») is a federally-authorized tax professional who has extensive experience in federal taxation… and in many cases… state tax issues as well. «Enrolled» means to be licensed by the Federal Government, and «Agent» means authorized to appear in place of a taxpayer before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Enrolled Agent designation dates back to 1884. EAs are admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by the Director of Practice, U.S. Department of the Treasury, Washington, D.C. EAs are the only federally-licensed tax professionals. We are authorized to represent you in all 50 states and at all administrative levels (audits, collections and appeals) of the IRS
