I stopped by with my husband looking for a mothers day gift. Browsing for a minute it was completely silent(no music) we hear someone come from the back room and rudely say we have to use cash bc she already shut down the registers. And if we used a credit card she would write down our information and process it in the morning. Umm yeah. We left! Taking cash from customers without entering it in the register and writing customer credit information down to process a different day, does not sound like proper protocol. Sounds like this location is overdue for an audit! They should not shut down registers until the store is closed, and the doors are locked. We will not be visiting this store again.

I purchased a Tervis tumbler for my husband at Bed Bath & Beyond and then headed to the Arboretum to do more shopping. Low and behold, there’s an actual Tervis store in the Arboretum. I stopped in and it’s a store full of tumblers, water bottles, wine goblets and more of all sizes and designs. We’ve never owned a Tervis tumbler before but I’ve been wanting to get one for my husband for a while since they minimize condensation and«keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold.» Plus they are dishwasher safe for my lazy self and come with a lifetime guarantee. In any case, I bought one of a different design at Tervis and returned the one I got at Bed Bath & Beyond. The prices are the same(unless you use a coupon at Bed Bath & Beyond) but obviously the selection is greater since the store is devoted to these items. But if you can’t find what you’re looking for after perusing the myriad of choices on their web site, they can order it for you and it’ll ship to the store. If you’re looking for the store, it’s on the Great Hills Trail side by Gap.
