«I want to hug you for having these!» — That’s what my movers said to me upon seeing I had these moving crates. They’re easy to stack and carry– no worries about crushing boxes or having them fall apart. Packing was easy, and my movers LOVED them because they were so easy to transport.
Terrific service– delivery and pick up was exactly as scheduled. David was easy to reach and very responsive. I’d absolutely use this service again.

My Wife and I used this Service for a move last year and just now booked them for a 2^nd. The crates were as shown in the photos and are exactly as advertised.
We are using the same moving company as last year and one of the first questions they asked was if we were using these again. Why? Because it’s EASY for Movers to stack and transport these. No flimsy boxes, no weird sizes, and no spills.
What’s better than this? The fact they deliver TO and PICKUP when you’re done. No way in heck we would ever go scrounge for cardboard boxes again. I feel bad for anyone wasting $ 1-​$ 2 on a cardboard box when you can spend $ 1 on one of these bad boys.

These boxes are amazing. The fellas who did the moving thought so, too. They make everyone’s job much easier. Easy to pack, easy to stack, and the dolly that accompanies the boxes makes them easy to move. David was always friendly, prompt, and accommodating. I will honestly never use cardboard boxes again, so I guess a few extra trees are safe. Thanks, Better Box Company, for taking a big part of the PITA out of moving!!!

Never going back to cardboard! How is this product not already the industry standard?
Great service: David was always easy to reach by phone and email. The crates were delivered and picked up at an exact scheduled time. You pay by credit card at the time of delivery. And there is flexibility for pickup in case unpacking takes you longer than you expect.
Awesome product: No tape needed. No folding and unfolding cardboard. The crates are stackable, easy to reopen, and don’t take up as much room as clunky cardboard. The movers LOVED them.
Good price: You’ll pay about the same price as cardboard except you don’t have to haul it home yourself or make unending trips to the recycling dumpster after unpacking.
I will use this service again the next time I move. Highly recommended.

I have nothing to say other than this was the best decision we made when moving. These boxes are fantastic. You are doing something good for the environment, and the packing is SO much easier. Better Box Company has aided me in numerous moves around the Austin Area. It allowed to move with ease and avoid the hassles of traditional cardboard boxes. They were delivered and picked up in a timely manner.

David and the Better Box Company are the only way to go for your next move. These reusable crates are super sturdy and so easy to use, move, store and stack — I can’t believe I’ve relied on cardboard for so long! They turn out to be cheaper than buying cardboard and so simple to use. No fussing with packing tape, torn cardboard or scratching out all the labels from your previous 18 moves. Each crate has a handy little plastic sleeve on the end where a neatly printed index card can be slipped in, identifying the contents so the movers know right where to put it and you know exactly what’s in it. Easy as pie. And best of all, they’re brought right to your doorstep and picked up at your new home/​office 2 weeks later! Oh, and it’s a much more earth-​friendly choice, so they’ve got that going for them… which is nice.
David was very nice and incredibly accommodating. I hope I don’t need to move for long time, but if I do, I’m calling the Better Box Company first.
