Ashley’s BUTI class is amazing. This workout is fun and gets the job done. My abs kill me every time I leave this place. The class is energetic and fun and «ain’t yo mama’s workout class.» The studio is donation based so makes the classes really affordable on those tighter budget months. The clients at this studio are always really friendly as well. This is a very «austiney» place and is in a great location!

Let’s just say I came to Dez and Ashley’s BUTI class with a thass and left with an ass. Let’s just say I came to Dez and Ashley’s BUTI class feeling like an awkward turtle on its back and left feeling like a sphinx. My muscles are still twitching from last night’s class and it gave me the best feeling in the world, which is go buy new chonies and stare at your own butt for 20 minutes feeling.

What a sweet little spot! My friend & I are shopping around for a good yoga place & we may have found our fit. We came here about a week ago but I wanted to give it a second try before reviewing it.
This is a great location, tucked between Blue Velvet & Breakaway records on North Loop.
There are a plethora of class hours & options ! There’s circuit aerobics, vinyasa, power, runners, bicyclists, & even mom/​kid yoga ! There are classes in Nia dance, Taiji and, well– check the website I don’t want to mess up my mellow from the «candlelight» yoga class I just finished w/​Melissa .
She rocks BTW :)
