The Dawg Haus provides all Natural Hot Dogs and Bratwursts that we make ourselves and are fully USDA approved. Our Hot Dogs are 1⁄3 of a pound and a foot long. All of our Hot Dogs and Brats are made from Sirloin and Tenderloin, (no parts, no chemicals, no dyes and gluten free), and are very low in fat with the choicest of herbs and spices. Each item is cooked on an open flame chargrill which is what we believe to be the only way to prepare a hot dawg or bratwurst. We provide a very high quality product and cook to order for complete freshness with a few twists that are sure to tantalize your taste buds and excite your palate like never before. So be prepared to wait for a few minutes and prepare yourself for the best DAWG you will ever have anywhere! If you’re really adventuresome, ask for specials not on our current menu board, like our Jamaican Surf Dawg, both light me up hot or mild, is $ 7.00 and has become our number one seller over night! History
Established in 2012.
It was April 2002 when our Founder first came up with the concept. Work on developing this concept quickly began. He traveled extensively researching to create hot dogs and bratwursts that would be second to none. We currently have 5 bratwursts that we sell from our location and one hot dog with over 55 total flavors of bratwurst that have currently been created, along with 5 types of hot dogs and 6 breakfast sausages, kielbasa, Italian sausage and more on the way. We will be introducing more in the months to come.
The Dawg Haus is designed to become a franchise. All of our products are proprietary as are our Serving Venues, which are currently designed and built by our founder, Pete Patterson. As the founder, Mr. Patterson is committed to providing an opportunity to our men and women coming from our Armed Forces and those from all walks of life in a tough economy, to own and operate a fun and rewarding business.
