History
Established in 2010.
The Shed started in Ocean Springs Mississippi as a 300 Sq ft To go only BBQ stand. Due to high demand it grew to a 4000sq ft Full on BBQ and Blues Joint with 5 restaurants/music venues. The shed was started by The Orrison family. Brad (24) founder, Brooke (19) CFO, Brett (22) Entertainment director, Mom Linda as Marketing director and father Craig runs the Saucery. It has been featured on Food Network, Travel Channel, Discovery channel, Regis and Kelly, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern living magazine, USA today and more. After Hurricane Katrina, Brett moved to austin to continue in the music business and brought his family recipes with him. After 5 years in austin Brett has opened The Sheds Rolling Joint BBQ Trailer. The Shed has been called the Best Pork sandwich in america by the National BBQ association and won Regis and Kellys ultimate hometown grill off beating 10,000 restaurant entries with their pulled pork sandwich!
