History

Established in 2003.

Threads Embroidery started in Austin, Texas in 2003 and opened our shop in Buffalo, New York in 2008 offering turnkey embroidery services.

Our low minimum, no set up charges and free shipping policies soon had us up and running with dozens of loyal customers.

Soon they starting asking us for other services such as getting their logo on pens or glasses or journals. Or, could they get us to screen print some t-​shirts?

We have been expanding our product offering to meet those needs ever since providing the fast quotes and great customer service they had come to expect from our embroidery operation.

Meet the Business Owner

Jim and Stacy S.

Business Owner

Jim is from the Buffalo, New York area where he worked for six years doing embroidery for New Era Cap Co. of major sports caps fame. Since moving to Austin, he had worked for other embroidery companies but maintained the desire to start his own business.

Stacy had been a business executive for 15 years and was excited to put her experience to work in a real life start-​up situation especially in the arena of marketing.

Business success together resulted in an even greater partnership and we got married in September 2006.
