He will not try to repair a clock that is beyond saving, and he will go to every length to repair one that is! John works at home at night and on weekends making parts for clocks that you can’t order parts for any longer! What a find thanks to Unilocal reviews. A fast and reasonable mom and pop watch repair shop. Time Masters do battery replacements at half the price of my area repair shop on Burnet Road, are twice as fast, and the owners and staff couldn’t be friendlier. Being in Cedar Park, they are a little out of the way for me personally, but now that I’ve been I’ll gladly do the drive in the future. A great local business worth supporting.

Great customer service. Had a small repair done on my watch and didn’t charge me since it was $ 2 and I only had my debit card. They seem to repair most things while you wait, so don’t come in expecting to drop off and leave. The first time I came in their were 5 people in front of me so I decided to come back later. The next time no one was waiting so I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I had 7 watches that needed new batteries and a watch that needed a pin where the clasp on the watch was. These guys are great — super sweet and fast! All the batteries were replaced within minutes (for $ 5 a pop) and I just had to come back in an hour for the pin in the clasp of the other watch. Yes, if you check in you get $ 5 off and there is also an offer on Facebook! So glad I found them on Unilocal and made the trip to Avery Ranch! Thanks Time Masters!

I finally found a watch repair shop that is knowledgeable and friendly. I had quick service on battery replacements. One watch couldn’t be repaired but they explained the reason why and were nice about it. Other places were actually rude about not being able to help me with other watches. Don’t get that at all. But the staff here was very nice to deal with. Their location is convenient and pricing very fair. Thank you, Time Masters!

Great customer service! It’s usually quick but the store was busy this Saturday. My watch had screws in the back plate so it took a while. And you can’t beat the free offer. Two watches’ battery replacement cost me $ 5.

Staff owners are super awesome. Very friendly staff which is a lost art in retail. Can talk to the folks here just about anything and they replaced two different watch batteries for free! I love coming here for anything clock related! They will give away spurs tickets in the fall 2015 – 16 season! Thanks guys and I will refer you to all my coworkers!

Took several watches in to get batteries replaced, took less than 20 mins, and also got a free battery for checking in. Although I live 20 mins away it was worth the travel. Staff is super friendly.

Best place in all of Austin to get your watched fix. Very professional people that seriously care about the customer. I have now been back here 5 times to get batteries and repairs and they are always amazing and make me feel good leaving my watch with them.

If you’re a watch slut like me, you have to get new batteries more often than others. I have 8 watches. And 3 were out of commission for months! I didn’t know where to take my watches, and I’m not super handy to change out batteries. I called to confirm that they charge $ 5 for a battery replacement per watch, any watch. Everywhere I had been calling was charging $ 15 per battery. While it was totally out of the way for me, it was worth the drive. I waited maybe 5 minutes. Also, if you check-​in on Unilocal you get a free battery replacement. You’re welcome.

Needed a new battery in my one of my watches. I have needed to go for some time, but I DREADED going to «that place in the mall» that charges $ 20 or $ 30. I was checking on Unilocal to see what time «that place» opened and one review recommended going to Time Masters instead. After reading all of the glowing reviews and seeing how much closer it is to my home in Cat Hollow, I decided to stop by.
I’m glad I did! I got my battery replaced for free just by checking in on Unilocal,but it was only $ 5 anyway that I would have gladly paid. They had the battery replaced in less than 10 minutes; not 45! This gave me some time to shop around their store because they offer so much more than watch repair! They have lots of great household decoration items, puzzles, toys as well as beautiful jewelry, clocks, and watches. I ended up grabbing a great little «Sorcerer Mickey» figurine at a great price!
If your watch needs attention, then this the only place you should go! If your watch doesn’t need attention, GO ANYWAY! It’s a great family-​owned and operated business with a lot to offer!

I was referred to by this place by someone who charges much more for watch battery replacements. They told me that I could get a battery here for a reasonable price, plus it’s super close to my house so… win win!
