This place is so fun! The pies are delicious and the service was wonderful! I regret not getting more than one pie. Definitely a must visit if you come to Austin.

I was dead set on going here because the concept of bite size pie was so cute to me. The staff was super sweet and friendly and the pie was amazing! Wish I would have gotten two! I tried the cranberry Apple one and it was delicious!

Tiny pies was spotlighted on the cooking channel — unique sweets. They loved it, I loved it. It’s really a no-​brainer. If you need more convincing… here’s how it breaks down.
The location is a fun, hip spot called Brentwood.
The Décor is simple, with a retro vibe. The space is sparse, and minimal, however, the pies are not remotely minimal.
These tiny pies are big on flavor. The unique combination of ingredients are both interesting and delicious. Like apple/​pear with ginger, Key lime with a marshmallow topping or pumpkin chai. If your taste buds desire something a little more savory, there’s Texas Pete, which is a vegetarian chili pie with a cornbread topping. Be aware, this tiny pie packs some heat. Not for The faint of heart!
The crust may be the single most important element in any pie. The crust on these tiny treasures is thin, buttery, tender, flaky, and just plain delicious!
You can get single for 4.25, a six pack of these marvelous gems for $ 24, or a dozen for $ 48. And as luck would have it, if you need to cater an occasion/​birthday, they also cater. They even cater tiny desserts layered in small mason jars.
If all of this doesn’t get you in the car heading towards Tiny pies right now, then you’re obviously from another state. No, that can’t be right! Because I’m from Missouri, and I managed to get here!

OMG I’m so mad at myself for not buying more of these pies for myself! I bought a few to shop to my mom for Christmas and I not so sure they will make it to fedex! The apple pie is my favorite hands down! The pecan pie was delicious and the 2 step was delicious too if you like brownies! It’s a good thing this bakery is not near my home bc I would be in trouble! I can’t wait to buy some more of these pies!

I don’t know how many times I have driven past this place and never thought to go in. Today I dragged my husband with me to run errands and he was the one who pointed it out and said we should give it a try. Oh my god. It was totally worth bringing him with me. I had no idea what to expect, but these are literally tiny, delicious pies. My husband went with apple, and I chose the Nutella cream pie, because if I see the word Nutella I need it. Now I know what I’m getting for every event that I need to bring a dessert to. They have savory pies too, if you’re into that kind of thing. Go get yourself and all of your friends tiny pies!

Tiny Pies is the truth! I love, love love, their vegetarian chili pie with cornbread topping. First, how amazing and second, YAY for inclusion of vegetarians! I can’t wait for an event so that I can order the veggie chili pies to serve them… and act like I made them! Just joking.
Their sweet pies are equally amazing — I have tried the Texas two-​step, apple and cherry pie pop. These pies, are shut-​the-​door-​hide-​in-​your-​room-​eating-​alone type GOOD! Flaky crust, homemade and inventive flavors… how can you go wrong? Thank you for existing Tiny Pies!

I literally just finished my last bite as I type this. This place was so good that I couldn’t wait to write this review. I am sitting here in either pie heaven or in a pie coma. I was getting my hair done next door with Chuck when I asked him about this place. I’ve heard about it and wanted to try it… he highly recommend it and had great remarks on the Nutella pie. So after my appointment I walked on over and got the Nutella pie and a key lime pie. I had originally planned to eat half the Nutella and half the key lime and save the rest for tomorrow. Well after eating half the Nutella pie, I decided that there’s no way I could wait to finish it. I’m not a big pie person but this was AMAZING! The crust was nice and flakey and the Nutella chocolate filling was just the right amount of sweetness. I decided to try one bite of the key lime pie and it was also really good.

We tried three varieties and they were all fantastic! You must try these tiny pies. Many different flavors to choose from. The texture on the crust is perfect. The seasoning is perfect.

I had the pleasure of noshing on some tiny pies at a lovely baby shower this week. The hostess purchased ratatouille, vegetarian chili (with cornbread crust), and potato leek savory pies for the shower. I could eat that chili and cornbread pie any day— it was spicy, full of veggies, and wrapped in a sweet cornbread. I love that you can just bite into these cupcake-​sized pies— no need for a fork and knife unless you want them. They were the perfect treat for a busy event.
All of the pies were tasty, but my personal preference was the chili pie. I can’t wait to try out the other specialty pies they rotate through.

Tiny Pies has been on my mind as I’ve seen several Unilocal friends check in here lately.
First of all, this place is so cute! You can’t miss the signage ;)
I wasn’t sure how many to order, so I ordered 2… Texas Two Step (seems a popular one) and Lemon Chess Blueberry. The Texas Two Step was brownie & pecan pie which was a great combination. The Lemon was very «custardy.» Both were very decadent and filling.
This was a great treat. I’m only giving it 4 and not 5 stars because I’m not really a pie person ;)

Let me just start off by saying … I LOVE DESSERT! Ok now that we got that out of the way.
I fell in love with Tiny Pies! I had a feeling we would be love a first sight. In case you were doubting that love of first sight did not exist … I am here to tell you it does!
Tiny Pies is an adorable little spot. The paint job on the outside is cute. This is a grab and go type of place. I noticed that they also have delivery vans so I suspect you can get pies on delivery or catered too. I actually live in south Austin and just happened to be north when I stopped in here that day, so I convinced myself that I needed to definitely get more than one tiny pie. I ended up getting the 6 pack for $ 24. I got the Strawberry lemon, key lime, strawberry rhubarb, Texas 2step, blackberry balsamic and apple. Every tiny pie was soooo good! Since they are tiny I think that means you can eat more than one … right?! … ok maybe we shouldn’t do that every time, but it is hard to hold back.
My favorites of the flavors I tried were the strawberry lemon and apple. Everything about the pie was perfection. The crust, the flavor … cooked just right. My one suggestion for Tiny Pies would be to come south! If you were south you would be a staple in my life.
I am looking forward to my next visit already! It is just too hard to be separated from true love.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally popped in on Wednesday!
Cute little spot. They keep the entry space simple and tiny because let’s be honest, we all want them to have more room to make pie than frou frou up front. My main point of this observation is I didn’t see a seating area so plan to take those pies with you to eat at home (or scarf down in your car like I did).
Now to the pie. I had the chocolate cream tiny pie ($ 4). Photos on here on Unilocal.I’m not going to lie, at first I thought $ 4 for a tiny pie was steep but I was wrong! It turned out to be about the size of my palm and the perfect portion.
Light and fluffy cream /​chocolate shaving cover a decadent rich, but still light chocolate. Oh man, it was a delicious chocolate cream. Their crust was also spot on delicious. I not normally a big pie person but their crust could make me get on board with trying new flavors.
Highly recommend these things when you need a personally dessert pick me up, for a dinner party or to grab for a picnic!
I’ll be looking for another reason to be nearby again to try another flavor!

Omg, my first tiny pie has changed my life. I got the coconut cream, it is was amazing. The crust is just so right, very hard to find a crust like this and because the pie is small, you get more crust surface area than with a large pie. Hubby got the pecan pie and I had a bite of his and that was amazing too, not too sweet, perfect flavor. I can’t wait to go back here. I’m really glad I don’t live or work closer because I could easily become addicted. So, so worth it! I will be back to try the pie pops and mason jar pies next, but I probably won’t be able to resist a tiny pie too. Nom nom nom.

To be honest I’ve driven past this place for over year. Always saying to myself I have got to try this place and see what the tiny pie hype is all about. Well I finally visited and I was pleasantly surprised. First keep in mind this is a tiny shocked there is no seating. When you first walk in you’ll see a large report that will show all the pies being served that day. I noticed that they are serving coffee and saw all the coffee accoutrement on the counter. The staff was friendly and quickly treated me and told me about their product. The little pies are cupcake size and the box is used to store them look exactly like cupcake box containers. They have a large selection of pies but I used some constraint and limited myself to the apple pie, the lemon pie, chocolate peanut butter pie and the cherry pie.
I ordered all these pies thinking to myself that I would come home and share them with my family members. In all fairness I did, but I did get two apple pies. This place serves tiny pies with big flavor I was thoroughly impressed with everything I tasted. All of my family members were really impressed and wanted to know where I got them. It’s fair to say this place makes great pies.
The home made crust and quality ingredients shine through. The only Issue I have is that the Tiny Pies are expensive. I might order these for small dinner party but never for an office party due to the cost.
I would recommend this place because they make a quality product.

My husband is one of Tiny Pies biggest fans. I have to say I like them a lot too but I’m a pie snob and have only been ‘wowed’ by two flavors. He’ll eat anything you put in front of him… With that said, I have to give TP mad props for their delicious crust. It’s just the right amount of flaky, buttery deliciousness you want in a pie. My two favorites are the peanut butter and bourbon peach. My husband’s order always includes the staple, Texas 2 Step.
Sure, it’s a little on the pricey side but TP always hits the spot and is a great ATX original we enjoy sharing with our friends and family.

Dear sweet baby Jesus… I spent $ 20 after tip for 4 tiny pies and it was worth every single penny! This was another Unique Sweets find and I couldn’t wait to try it because I had never seen anyone else do it before and loved the originality.
The real reason? I could finally eat a whole pie by myself in one sitting and feel no shame! Or two, but that’s besides the point. The point is these dang things are so delicious that I demand you go immediately if you have not yet done so! And also be sure to get there early because they tend to sell out of the day’s popular flavors.
The inside is cramped and standing room only. There is no place to sit and eat your pies, it’s more of a grab and go deal. Not only are there pies though, they also have empanadas, pie pops, pies to buy whole, mason jar pies and both sweet and savory flavors.
Their mason jar flavor today was the Elvis which is peanut butter and banana cream pie. I had to have it! It’s a 3 layer pie stacker almost. The bottom is graham cracker crumbs, the middle is banana slices and banana cream pudding, and the top is a whipped peanut butter cream. One spoonful left me in a state of utter bliss. It is dynamite.
We also got pecan, buttermilk, and Texas 2 step pie which is a brownie pecan pie. The buttermilk is very custardy and the flavor is a bit similar to eggnog. The pecan pies were outstanding. I was expecting the inside to have just a few pecans and mostly the sticky filling but was pleased to find them chalked full of pecans. I topped the regular pecan with a little whipped cream which made it even more heavenly.
My family and friends who don’t live in Austin would go nuts for these. They are the perfect gift to pack up and take with you on a road trip. I noticed that they also sell gift cards here which is a great idea. Thank you again Unique Sweets for never steering me in the wrong direction. Another winner in the books!

So of course it’s a week I’m not doing carbs, I find myself in Tiny Pies, and I start rationalizing logical reasons:
1. Cool Unilocalers are entitled to carbs.
2. I knew I wasn’t going to go nuts and get one of everything, which is what I usually do at these places.
Okay, I was actually here because of Cynthia L’s description of the Tiny pie pop, which I calculated would give me a Tiny taste without gaining seven pounds. Unfortunately, they weren’t available, and I wasn’t clear if they were simply sold out or had to be special-​ordered. A Tiny hiccup. But just as I was deciding to leave, I spotted the Tiny gingerbread men.
Think shaped & baked pie crust dough filled with a Tiny dollop of yummy goodness, like an orange-​cranberry compote. And I quickly calculated that one Tiny gingerbread man, with maybe a Tiny stick up its butt, would be about the same carbs as a Tiny pie pop. So I got one. A good choice. And a tasty one.
Tiny Pies is apparently a mother/​daughter business, it’s the Tiniest brick & mortar storefront I’ve ever seen, and I’m not sure you’ll call their prices Tiny. It’s definitely a «you get what you pay for» kind of thing. I only wish they had a selection of Tiny tables and beverages. Next time we’ll bring coffee, get one of everything, and have our own moment of pie in the sky. Think Tiny dancer, in our hands.

Take a messy pie and get rid of the mess AND make it adorable!
Taste: the only pies I typically like are chess/​buttermilk and pecan. But their blueberry pie was so so good! Loved everything about it!
Filling: real blueberries, perfect sweetness and tartness… Not overly sweet. Not overly tart. Doesn’t have the thick gooey fake stuff the like in canned pie filling.
Crust: golden, flaky, buttery, with specks of sugar dusted on the edges. Just the right amount of sugar dusting :) Thick enough to hold the filling but not too thick where the middle is undercooked.
Ease of eating: first bite is easy on a stick. I recommend sliding it off and eating it like a finger food after or else you risk feeding the ground.
Would make great party favors! Great gift for your pie loving friends :)
NOTE: don’t pull an Errol and try looking for pie pops in the store– they’re special order only! But you can get the mini-​pies in store!

This place is just too totes cute. It reminds me of something I would do with my life if I wasn’t such a wimp to leave my corporate america day job. It’s absolutely adorable from the outside to the in. every detail is well thought and precious.
I went close to closing so they were out of almost everything but I got one of each of what they had left and they were delicious. Especially the pecan. And I LOVE that they are a guilt free size. You can eat the whole thing and not feel like that 1 hour spin class u just got out of was a waste for this 2 minutes of oral pleasure.
The only thing I wish is that the inside weren’t so tiny and that they had a place to sit and some drink options to grab, maybe even a patio so u can stay a while in their hip little locale. It feels so wrong to grab and go an not appreciate the place longer.
