TKO Nutrition is a locally owned, ‘mom and pop’ supplement and smoothie shop. We specialize in everything sports nutrition. We have smoothies for pre and post workout, personal trainer referral discount packages, price matching, legal hormones and diet aids. We also specialize in on-​site nutritional coaching, personalized diet plans for competitors and the average person alike.

History

Established in 2005.

We started in 2005 with our first location in Round Rock, Texas and have since expanded with two stores, website, product line and fitness apparel; with the assistance of our awesome Team, Family and Friends.

Business Owner

Richard Stone and family began TKO in 2005 after many years in the fitness industry as both competitors and fans. They are the only locally-​owned, store-​based, family oriented team with the experience to utilize a practice what you preach approach. Richard insists on employing a team of professionals who works with, not for him. TKO continues to grow as a globally recognized brand and Richard holds firm to the belief of never forgetting who has helped along the way. At TKO, you can be assured that you not only receive expert advice but their assistance goes with you 24 hours a day.
