After dealing with this business(the owner of it) for a few years, thought we are dealing with a trustworthy business. Have done a 360 based on the last couple of experiences. 1– He never followed up to repair the items he had damage during the install, my fault for paying him at the time I was happy to have an AC. Last episode, another AC stopped working, his diagnosis on an unattended visit was the external condenser was bad and had leaks, and similarly the upstairs coil has leaks. Either replace the external condenser for thousands plus additional cost to replace the coil later or completely replace the system. Got another AC company to come and look to get second opinion(attended), found that the capacitor to the external unit had gone bad. Upon leak detection found a gaping manmade hole in the copper pipe in the condenser. The second company repaired the manmade hole an filled the system with gas. Tested system for leaks and found no more leaks. The systems is cooling and working fine now. Incurred additional cost due to having to completely fill the system with gas since the manmade hole had completely depleted the system. I see two point to making the hole:1-force replacement of the system. 2-Not having to dispose of the original gas(R22) in an environmentally safe and costly way. I have picture of the hole, too bad cannot post so you can see for yourself.

Fantastic! 103 °F day… A/C goes out at 5pm. they’re over at 6pm. had it fixed in 15 minutes. stuck around for 45 minutes to make sure it didn’t die. Informed me on how to clean the A/C outside. and how to save money. Hourly rates are cheap(compared to other A/C repair guys). Small company. the owner showed up. Great bunch of guys. could call them again if I need my A/C repaired again.

I like when I get to deal with the owner of a contracting business, I usually get better service that way. When my a/c began to blow warm air, I called around 7:30am and spoke to Tom the owner, and he was able to fit me in the same day. That was great! He was indeed about 2 hours later than he thought because of a previous job, but was very communicative and I didn’t mind so much. He quickly found a failed capacitor and some burned wires, replaced the parts which he had on his truck, and got me rewired. Everything blows cool now, even on my 10 or 15 year-old unit! The cost was $ 145, and he was here less than an hour, so it was a quick repair for a price I was happy with. I used a coupon from his website, so be sure to check that out. I posted his website address when I created this review. I’d recommend Tom to anybody, it was a good experience.
