Specialties
Dr. Mary Beth Eastwood’s passion for chiropractic care stems from her personal experiences with chronic ear, nose, and throat issues. After countless bouts with these conditions and several rounds of ineffective treatment — including antibiotics, decongestants, and antihistamines — Dr. Eastwood went to a chiropractor who ultimately diagnosed and treated her misaligned spine. She discovered that her spine was putting pressure on the exact nerves that traveled to and from her problem areas, and once aligned properly, her ear, nose and throat problems were resolved.
History
Established in 2006.
Dr. Mary Beth Eastwood chose a career in chiropractic after experiencing chronic ear, nose and throat illnesses her entire life. After several rounds of antibiotics, decongestants, antihistamines, etc., she finally took the advice of a friend and went to a chiropractor. She experienced an «aha!» moment when the doctor told her she had several misaligned segments in her spine putting pressure on the exact nerves that travelled to and from the ear, nose and throat area. Long story, short — she found an answer to this life-long battle of treating (not resolving) a condition and was ultimately inspired by her own new-found health to pursue this inspiring profession to spread the word of spinal health and long term wellness.

Business Owner
Dr. Mary Beth Eastwood graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2004. Upon moving to Austin in 2005, she immediately started educating Austin about the importance of taking spinal nerve stress from the body with chiropractic care.
Dr. Eastwood’s favorite mantra is «The only life worth living is the life that makes other lives worth living.» Through her philanthropies, Dr. Eastwood demonstrates another passion which involves improving the lives of others. She is actively involved in dog and cat rescue and holds the Santa Paws Annual Holiday Benefit in December each year where you can buy a $ 250 gift certificate toward your chiropractic care for only $ 50. The $ 50 check is made payable to a designated animal rescue organization in the local Austin area where the funds are used for medical care, shelter and food for those furry friends in need.
She is also involved with The Settlement Home for girls at risk. Dr. Eastwood is a true role-model for young girls and teenagers.
