Horchata and strawberries was AMAZING! I can’t eat ice cream nor drink milk so this was a perfect substitute for a milkshake. Everything tastes so fresh.

I heart this place. Everything I’ve had(mangonada, rusa, shrimp cocktail, corn in the cup, strawberries and cream, horchata, Piccadilly) have all been fresh and soooo darn good. Although I do not speak Spanish the customer service is great! They are very helpful and really kind. Most of the workers are bilingual… so ignore the weird review from the angry white guy and try it for yourself… you won’t be disappointed.

Really cool offerings. They can make whatever you want… they have lots of fresh fruit. The agua frescas are amazing! I had a beet, carrot, apple juice with slushy ice in it and chia seeds. Delightful and healthy.

I must say I was impressed with their selection of fruit cups and fresh fruit… I had a banana split and I must say it was delicious. The customer service was great and the atmosphere good. It is a bit small but other than that it was great. I recommend this place

Delicious and healthy options. Spicy flavors with these fruit combinations. The Mexican twist to the ice cream concoctions are unique and flavorful.

This place is one of those places where when you speak English they look at you funny and talk in Spanish. We are an English speaking country, please don’t make me feel unwelcome. Also the fruit is horrid. Avoid like the plague.

Oh my gosh this is so good and so fresh! The corn in a cup seems canned, but the flavors are delicious. So was the watermelon aqua fresca and the Dorilocos. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I can’t wait to try the fresh fruit cup, bionico and the mangonado. This is my new treat place, just trying something new every time I can go. There are so many choices and so many things I’ve never had. This place is unique, clean and delicious and the service is amazing.

With the Texas heat, it’s good to know there is a place like this around. We have enjoyed everything that we have ordered and also eager to try a lot more on the menu. But the sandillada(if I spelt it right or not it’s good!)is my favorite so far. The banana split is more like for the whole family I could not finish it! and I love me some ice cream… This place is worth the try if you are willing to try something new! Oh and the tenth visit is free! Need I say more…

Finally, I can get my fix of fruit cups, aquas frescas(fresh fruit water), and elotes(corn) in a cup! Thank goodness Tutty Frutty is up and open for us raspa and fruit cup lovers like me! Tutty Frutty is tucked in the shopping center past HEB and before Dollar Tree. With it’s bright yellow and red sign out front, you cannot miss it. Parking is easy and available right near the front door of the place. My friend and I decided to stop by on a Thursday afternoon to see what the place had to offer. There were about 4 people in line in front of us which allowed us to read all of the bright signage taped up on the door, walls, and windows of the place with prices and welcoming descriptions of all of their fruit cups, elotes, and even sandwiches they sell here. Granted, the time we came in was after school(a middle school sits right across from the location) so the service was a little slow and delayed. But everything was smelled so good in the store and was super clean so I didn’t mind the short wait it at all. Few tips for you who have never been to a fruteria like Tutty Frutty: — if you are unsure what this or that is on the menu then ASK. The staff is friendly and will explain to you what the dish, plate, or cup includes and is! — don’t be afraid to sound out the Spanish names of what Tutty Frutty offers. The staff is friendly enough to help you sound it out. — take a glimpse around at what other people ordered or are ordering. You may end up changing your order after you see that strawberry fresas(a big serving of fresh strawberry with strawberry yogurt) or add on to your existing order. — they take CASH or DEBIT or CREDIT. This place is legit. No need to come in with cash only. — Ask for a tasting of certain fruits you are unfamiliar with or don’t know. The staff can help and sample anything for you if you ask nicely. — Connect to their FREEWIFI so you can add some cool tips for the rest of us.

My girlfriend and I decided to try the new Tutty Frutty ice cream/raspa place near our apartment. We ordered an elote and a sandilada, both of which we thought were great! Although they don’t have a big selection it was still difficult to decide what to try. The staff was friendly but the place was very small.

Unhappy! Very excited to see a south location this type of business. We ordered 2 strawberry and cream! Not what I expected because I’ve had this before! It should be called Strawberries in Strawberry yogurt! Not to mention $ 5.99. I ordered a cup of corn that was so not what I know about elote en copa! They gave it to me with very little Mayo and Butter! The would be plus side would be that they have containers on the bar to add more, but of course they were completely empty. I also bought a strawberry and banana shake with was the worst of my purchase. It was the most bland milkshake ever for $ 5.99 I’ll just wait for half price shakes at sonic. It more commercially but consistent! Been here tried it not coming back.
