V’s Mini Burgers

What happened to V’s?
Everytime we pass the intersection of MLK and Airport, my poor man has to hear me groan about how much I miss it!
Those mini-​burgers were just SO good!
Come back to us, V!

I’m glad V’s living life her way and making these killer little burgers!
Hence «Mini,» the burgers are quite small, and as such, I made a mistake by ordering only two. I think 3 would have been perfect for me. 4 or more if you have a big hungry American appetite.
Virginia fries the sweet buns down a bit, and combined with the onions, the BBQish sauce and the cheese, they are some seriously tasty little dumplings of burgerness.
If you go at lunchtime, you should be prepared for a lack of shade over hot asphalt. But my order was ready before I broke a sweat, so unless there’s a big line, I imagine you’ll be okay. Or she’s open until 3am Monday-​Saturday, so you can try them out late night if that’s your thing.
V’s Mini-​Burgers are completely delicious. I want more of them. Right now. So do you.
