I don’t have much opinion of this store compared to any other Walgreens. But it’s really lame that they’re no longer open 24 hours.

I have used the photo pick up option before, but the other Walgreens stores I went to fell short of a good experience. The customer service was horrible at these other locations and the quality of the prints were not so good. I initially printed only a few photos for pickup at the Rundberg/North Lamar location. The service was excellent and the quality of the photos were near perfection. My next photo order was an order for over 200 prints. Holding my breath, I went to pick up the order. To my surprise, the service was excellent and the prints were great. I will continue to visit the Rundberg/North Lamar location for all my photo needs. I highly recommend this location for ordering photo prints. Best experience! The other locations I have used that I would not recommend for customer service or photo prints(because of quality): Walgreens — Allandale. Walgreens — Airport Blvd. I do not recommend this location for RX(prescriptions): Walgreens — Capital Plaza

Poor and disappointing pharmacy service. Lazy staff. Waited in line for 10 minutes. When talking to the person on the counter, he looked up my information and said the store is closing. He decided on the spot that it wasn’t worth his time to simply collect the 30 day medication within the 20 minutes of store closing. Never coming here again and they are never going to have business with me or my family.

I will never use this pharmacy for prescriptions. I was very ill and had gotten 2 prescriptions from my doctor. It was around 11am when I walked into the pharmacy and was told 20 minutes. I was so ill I couldn’t wait so I left the prescription and told them I would be back. I went back about 2 hours later and this time went to the drive-thru because I was feeling worse. At the window I was told to come inside becaue it would take 20 minutes. I explained that I had left my prescription 2 hours earlier but all I got was an empty apology. I told the pharmacist that I would be back in an hour. I came back an hour later and was again told 20 minutes. I asked them for my prescription back so I could go somewhere else and was told they could not do that. I preceded to then go to CVS on Braker and Lamar, called my doctor and asked them to fax a new prescription and had my medication in less than 10 minutes. This was not an isolated incident. I have always had to wait for my medication but this was inexcusable.
