Wells Fargo Bank

I have visited a lot of banks and worked with lots and lots of tellers. I have visited this location on the order of 150 times and probably more over the last 5 years. I been served by Jose O. maybe 20 – 30 of those visits. Some of my deposits don’t read in the auto reader. Jose O. has made sure that every deposit is perfectly done. He is outstanding at customer service. At first I thought it was just me so I observed him while waiting in line the last handful of visits. He treats every customer excellently and he processes more customers than the other tellers. When I have been inline and being served by other tellers Jose O. has shared with them how my customers checks should be handled to read correctly. I am a hard customer and I believe that Jose O. is the best teller that I have ever in my over 50 years of banking have worked with! Thats a strong and well deserved statement!
Overall, this location has a lot of good things going on with the team serving customers very well and pumping them in and out as fast as possible. Very respectable customer service by the entire team!

I had a really horrible experience here a few years back. So bad, I still remember it enough to write about it.
I went through the drive through to deposit a check with option to get back $ 200 in cash. When he reciept came back, there was not the $ 200 in cash. I forgot and drove off. I remembered immediately and turned around back to the drive through and explained the situation. ALL the attendants starred at me and gave me dirty look. WIthout saying a word, they sent me the $ 200.
There was absolutely no…“We are so sorry sir.”… I mean nothing. Not a single word was said and the dirty look. They clearly know they screwed up or they wouldnt have given me the $ 200 without any dispute. It got me wondering are they working together and doing this on purpose? This is in a bad location in town. Close to Rundberg. I would avoid this location at all cost.

What a rip off. Not a customer and never will be. I received a paycheck from customer who is a WF accountholder. WF wanted to charge me $ 7 to cash a check. WF… WTF? Do you really need 7 of my $? Screw you. Glad I belong to a credit union.
Lobby is a great area for ICE to apprehend a lot of illegals.

This is a drive thru branch and they have great service
