White Knight Locksmith

I used White Knight again for a lock that had recently failed and their customer service was excellent! The latch on the new lock wasn’t working just right with my irregularly-​sized door, although it was passable. That wasn’t good enough for Dan so he insisted on making another trip to my place at no extra charge to replace the latch with one that’s 100%. Couldn’t ask for better service than that!

Asked Dan to send someone out on 11-​16-​2015 via email. He couldn’t come out himself but he sent out an excellent locksmith that works for him. Fast, friendly and Dan did email to ask how everything went. All good. Thanks Dan!

Dan and Dustin were so fast and flexible getting my house rekeyed. Dustin arrived early, and was in and out in under an hour. It was wonderful and took a huge weight off my mind.

These guys are incredible! Punctual, polite, hard working, and soooo fast! I was very impressed with the professionalism and high value of service provided. I will definitely be using them again! Perfect experience.

White Knight is the best! I stupidly locked myself out of my house with my dog inside. I gave Dan a call and he arrived within 45 minutes, just enough time to grab dinner. He called when he was 15 minutes away and then again when he was pulling into my driveway. He was professional, courteous and speedy with his service. Payment was quick and easy. Though I hope I never need a locksmith again, if I do, I know who to call.

The exterior door in the office broke. I called White Knight and they couldn’t come out but gave me a number of another lock smith that could help. They called back to make sure that we were happy with their recommendation.

RECOMMENDED!!! If you are stuck and need a reliable, honest locksmith call White Knight! Dan is phenomenal! He works right out of a truck and genuinely cares about the property he’s working on. I was locked out of my house and he carefully got me in with NO damages to my door. He even made a copy of my spare key right out of his truck!
I had just got home from work when I realized I lost my key. I called around to other locksmiths and they were quoting me high prices before even looking at the kind of door knob I had. I’m personally in customer service so I know when someone is trying to scam me. I called Dan and he was personable and honest. He was just about to go home for the day, but he heard the desperation in my voice and came right over. I lost my whole set of keys, and I needed to make a copy of my roommate’s key and he made a copy in his truck! It took him 1 minute and they worked perfectly!

Dan was courteous and especially good with communication. When I called, he asked where I was and then told me that since he was driving, he would need to call me back in 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes later, he called and said he could come by in 30 – 45 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes later (I’m looking at my phone history), he was outside my door calling to make sure the house he thought was ours was right (the address numbers are very faint).
We had a somewhat strange situation – our door wouldn’t open because all the rain made the jamb shift suddenly – causing the lock assembly to jam. I told him how, with the shifting of our old pier and beam, that we’ve had to have locksmiths come (and charge upwards of $ 80) to move plates, just so we could lock the door. He suggested installing an industrial sized plate to account for the annual shifting. Which was awesome, because a lesser, lazier locksmith probably would have said something like, «don’t you need to fix your foundation?» Yes, we do, when we can find several thousand dollars to do it. In the mean time, this was a great solution.
He also explained what was happening with the lock, the different levels of security for each lock, and changed out the busted assemblies. Because it was raining, he tracked in some mud – something I had anticipated, and planned to take care of once he left. What was the best finishing touch was when he came back with paper towels in hand, knelt on the floor and wiped up the mud. As he stood up, his parting words were, «If there’s any problem with it, please let me know and I’ll swing by.»
That’s what all contractors should aspire to.
All and all, what he charged us for replacing the plate and assembly, plus adjusting the placement of the plates ended up costing less than what the other guys charge for just a plate adjustment. So, good all around.
