Wired Orthodontics is a première orthodontic practice that specializes in children and adult braces including self-​ligating braces, traditional braces, clear ceramic braces, Invisalign Teen, and Invisalign.

Dr. Chris and his highly skilled team take great pride in creating and developing lifelong relationships while delivering the finest results for our patients. We believe that a beautiful smile builds confidence and self-​esteem and that is why we are deeply committed to making orthodontic treatment affordable. History

Established in 1999.

Wired Orthodontics, formerly Smiles by Dr. Farrah, was started by Dr. Farrah Agahi in 1999. After 13 years of creating beautiful smiles in Northwest Austin, Dr. Farrah sold her practice to Dr. Christopher Stansbury (Dr. Chris) in June of 2012. On June 21, 2012, Dr. Chris assumed ownership of Smiles by Dr. Farrah and changed the name to Wired Orthodontics shortly thereafter.

Since 2012, the original office has been completely remodeled and updated with the latest technologies in the field of Orthodontics. We strive to make our office an enjoyable experience for the whole family and offer a complimentary coffee bar, IMac workstations for parents, a game room with IPad’s filled with fun games for both parents and children, complimentary WiFi, and ice cream during the summer months. In March of 2014, we added a second location in Cedar Park at 1464 E. Whitestone Blvd, #1501 to better serve our patients.

Business Owner

Dr. Christopher Stansbury completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and continued his dental education at the State University of New York at Buffalo receiving a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. During dental school, Dr. Chris received the Tucker and Lasher Scholarships for academic excellence and earned his doctorate of dental surgery with honors. After dental school, Dr. Chris completed his specialty training in the field of Orthodontics and obtained a Master of Science degree in Oral Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Community service is of the utmost importance to Dr. Chris. Giving back of his talent and resources has always been in his heart. His contributions include:

–Current Board Member of Leander Educational Excellence Foundation (LEEF).

–Current Board Member of Round Rock ISD Partners in Education.

–Smiles Change Lives Program.

–Dental Special Olympics .

–Various Dental Outreach Missions

Dr. Chris, Carrie, Casey, and the whole team have been absolutely wonderful in providing orthodontic care for two of my three children. I have one more child who will go through braces and I will most definitely be taking him back to see Dr. Chris and the team at Wired.
I’ve always found the team to be professional, approachable and very clear on recommendations, opinions and instructions. They have always worked hard to accommodate schedule changes or emergency repairs.
Their office is immaculate, modern, and in a convienient location. They use email and text to ensure I stay reminded of appointments.
I’d recommend Dr. Chris and the staff at Wired to anyone.

Another great visit!
I bring both of my kids here. My daughter has already completed her first phase of ortho and will likely need another round in a few years. My son has been coming in every year for the past 5 years for evaluations. I love this place. They are ALL very friendly. Vickie, Kristi, Robbie, Dr. Chris, and Holly. They make us laugh and smile. Dr. Chris is VERY good at what he does. Very meticulous. You will receive nothing but the best from this group.

My daughter had been with Dr. Farrah on and off for treatment for more than 5 years and when she sold her practice we were never notified and my daughter was in the middle of having braces! LUCKILY when we were ‘orphaned’ with Dr. Chris, he took wonderful care of her and the staff couldn’t have been better. Although Dr Farrah did a wonderful job when she was our daughters ortho, we felt abandoned. Dr Chis is an extremely competent orth and has an organized professional office and staff. We can’t thank him enough for finishing the job beautifully.

I absolutely love Dr Chris! He has been so helpful with our sons braces and I definitely feel he won’t nickel and dime you. He even was a BIG help when my son spent the summer with his grandparents near Kerrville and broke a wire. He found the right place to help the grandparents get it fixed right there. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Chris and his entire staff at Wired Orthodontics are fantastic. They were recommended to me not only by my regular dentist but by my oral surgeon as well. I started my orthodontics about 5 months ago and couldn’t be more pleased so far with the results. I knew my «case» wouldn’t be an easy one and I appreciate the time and attention that Dr. Chris has spent with my oral surgeon to ensure the best possible outcome for me. Ok, so I’m not one for posting reviews but I had to let Dr. Chris and his team know how happy I am. They have done such a great job for me and my kiddos. I’m almost done with Invisalign and my teeth look great. Yay!!! Dr. Chris and his staff are always very polite and caring. The office is well run and they are on top of their game.
Give Dr. Chris and Wired a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We love this place! Dr. Chris and Dr. Farrah are both so nice. We’ve worked more with Dr. Chris, but you can’t go wrong with either of them. The office staff is so friendly and they have it together. The office runs like a well oiled machine. The techs are patient, caring and of course great with the kids.
We started out going to the Austin location but they have expanded and now have a location in Cedar Park.

We chose Dr. Farrah for our daughters braces, and could not be happier! The staff is Amazing, everyone is always in a good mood and genuinely acts excited to see us when we come in. Beth noticed I had old brackets on my teeth, and offered to have them removed at no charge, which they did, Awesome I tell you! My daughter is over the moon with the results thus far, and I recommend anyone in the market for orthodontics come to this office ASAP!

Robbie and Beth and Dr Farrah are the best.
It is like coming over to your friends house.
I really don’t want to leave to go home .
Their coffee is better than Starbucks and I drop in to have laugh and see my buddies and get to see the docs.
The only negative would be that after you are done with the treatment you would miss them so much and you would miss them .
I now have to bring in my friends and their children so I can accompany to the office
U would love them and this is coming from a professional doctor in the community seeing patients all day long .
I wish I could create a set up like this for my patients.
