Not bad at all. Typical American Chinese: salty lomein with a sweat sauce. But not burned, not under-cooked, with fresh vegetables, and perfect for the carb-loading while you stroll back to your car! I’ll wok 3 blocks for this food!

I must have ate here on an off day. I got the garlic chicken with brown rice. The chicken itself was pretty good but the rice was incredibly mushy. It was drenched in sauce to the point that it was mushy rice soup. Whatever they put in the rice/sauce tasted bitter and sour, almost rancid. I ate the chicken and threw the rest away. I couldn’t believe anyone would serve that to someone, much less charge them for it. Like I said, maybe it was an off day, but I won’t be trying it again to determine that.

this joint tastes so damn good i want to staple my tongue to the side of it. that’s probably against health code(and kinda gross and painful), though, and would result in this place closing down. that’s the last thing i want to happen, so i think i’ll just make it downtown as much as possible. get the twice-fried chicken wings. rock your world.

I checked out Wok Around Austin last week. I wasn’t exactly sure where I was going but it was easy to spot the bright green trailer on my bike. Everything is very nice, new, and clean looking. We had a sampling of dim sum that were all excellent. The favorites were the chicken wings and the tofu nuggets. This trailer has only been in business for a few weeks but already I can tell its going to be hugely popular!

This trailer is bright, clean and cute! I had a sweet and sour chicken bowl and it was a party in my mouth! The staff was friendly, the kung Fu was great and the atmosphere was fun.
