Established in 2010.
Founded in early 2010 as a sole freelancer, William Lawrence has grown and expanded the company from sole-proprietorship to formally incorporating in the Summer of 2014. To this day, we continue growing at an exponential rate. We’re an ever-growing team of tech-creatives that are dedicated to the success of our clients and are driven by the need to innovate.

Graduated Fall 2013 from Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) with an emphasis on web application design and development. Additionally, graduated with a minor in Computer Science from Texas Tech’s Whitacre College of Engineering. Early in College I began freelance web development, designing and IT consulting which, due to demand and expansion I founded WRL Development by the end of my college career.
