Came here to buy a G35 a couple years ago the list price was 13k and some how the price I would have to pay was 20k with dealer fees and Luther bs. Walked out and bought the car private party for 13k with less miles and more options. Surprised this dealership is still running hearing these stories plus the stories that some of my friends have told.

If you like to waste hours of your precious time coming here to look forward to a car you could possibly be purchasing only to find out you’ve been a victim a bait and switch, come right in. If I could give a zero star I would. The moment I stepped foot into the establishment, I should’ve known what was in store when I was not greeted by the front desk or any of the sales employees. Yup. No one even glanced up from their Instagram lol. Not only did they try to bait and switch, I felt greatly offended by the El Chapo wannabe reps when you know darn well they drive the crappy accords and civics but rocking the Gucci belts and Gucci watches. Slime and sleazy business ethics seem to be the motto. Even if they had the car they promised me they did prior to half an hour of me showing up, I would probably be disgusted by their attitudes anyway. Although I was pissed I wasted four hours driving from Pennsylvania, there lies a silverlining. Haha I’m glad I didn’t waste my money here :)!

Worst car dealership ever. Called 30 minutes ahead to see if the black s2000 was there, and they said it was. When I got there they did the bait and switch with me and was very cocky. There was a salesman who acted like he was a boss (which he wasn’t) and wore all this fake Gucci thinking he was the sh*T. He keeps repeating that they had a silver s2000 which I already told him on the phone that I didn’t want that one and specifically asked for the black one. They’re very unprofessional and hopefully they’ll lose all clients. Don’t ever go here unless you want to deal with fake sales reps who drives 98 Corolla and civics and wear fake Gucci. waste of time with frauds. This dealership is just a front.

The four stars is for the car I actually got. This is going back to 2010. I was sold an Infiniti G35 by Omar. Not sure if he is still there. Omar was very nice and not pushy. I still have the car to this day. I do plan on upgrading to a M3 and was thinking of coming back here to purchase if Omar is still here. These bad reviews are making me second guess coming back. However the only scam I got from here was the «warranty» I got which added and additional 3k to the purchase. It was absolutely useless and I ended paying out of pocket to a local mechanic. I would not
Repurchase a warranty if I end up buying the BMW from here.

Spoke with Junior (maybe the only honest guy in the dealership) closed on a price after a manager approval (after they ran the credit), than the finance guy (Juan) didn’t agree for the deal. In addition, he lied stating there are «3 guys» who are interested in the car — 1 on his way from CT with a certified check and I should decide yes or no for the higher price.
Guess what? It’s been 10 days now and the car is still at the «liership».
Stay away.
Lies, bullshit and dishonesty. that’s definitely not the way to sell cars.

Joke of a dealership. Went to look at a Acura TL type s there. The car was pretty much a polished turd. Suspension problem was noticed by me from uneven tire wear on all four tires. The car did not feel solid at all. Motor did not sound healthy and noticed blue hue from exhaust note indicating oil burning. I also noticed that the exhaust tips were thoroughly cleaned to most likely hide oil blow by. Most likely an abused auction car that was driven hard for most of its life. I along with my friend were not impressed with the staff or service. This dealership and the other reviews which we read before going reminded me of why I never buy from used car lots. Always go certified pre owned from the big dealerships. I can only imagine the ridiculous run arounds and lies and most likely incompetent mechanics that do the work behind their lifetime warranty. No thanks! I hope more people read these reviews and shop accordingly. Carry a mechanic and I’m pretty sure they’ll let you know to look elsewhere.

Complete scam. Switch and bait. Found a car online. Made an appointment to see the car and spoke to 4 different people to confirm it was there before driving from CT. Prior to driving there, I did my research and ran the VIN through DMV which reported it was sold a week prior. I called back and they played stupid but when called out on it, they admitted it was sold and asked if I wanted to see another car. DO NOT GO HERE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I purchased a vehicle from EMG at the end of July. I live in Denver so I purchased the car sight unseen. After at least 5 phone calls telling me everything was in perfect condition and that I would love the car I agreed to purchase. This is where everything goes south. When the car was delivered the mileage on my bill of sale was different than when the car was delivered. The vehicle has more than 2,000 additional miles, the rear sunshade was torn, the sunroof insert was missing, the wood on the steering wheel was cracked, and the car reeked of cigarettes. Mercedes wants about $ 4,000 just for the repairs. That doesn’t include trying to get the smoke out of it. I tried to call them direct to resolve the issues and they kept passing me to someone else before they just stopped responding entirely. I am now going back and forth with the Better Business Bureau trying to get this resolved. These guys are crooks. They also had my car listed for another three weeks after I bought it which is what most people on here have complained about. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EMG AUTO SALES.

I purchased a 2008 Mazda Tribute from EMG on 8÷8÷2015. I walked into the Jersey City location and worked out a $ 1,000 deposit on this car, I didn’t have the $ so they let me sign a promissory note for $ 1,000 that was due 9÷1÷2015 upon a check I was awaiting. I have yet to pay them the $ 1,000. On 10÷8÷15 my ENGINE SEIZED ON ¹⁄₉ EXPRESSWAY & I was almost in a very bad accident because of this. I immediately called EMG and they couldnt careless about me or my situation. I was greeted by Lenny from Jersey City location on the phone and his first words after hearing my situation was «Oh Nicole, what happened to the $ 1000 we aren’t going to register you until you pay us that». Very nice, considering I was almost in a huge accident and crying on the phone. He told me I can tow it to their Avenel location but I would be responsible for all repairs because I bought an as is car, WHAT?! But how the hell did my engine seize (WITH NO OIL BEING IN THE TANK BEING THE REASON!) when your salesman told me the car had just been serviced with and oil/​filer changed, brakes& rotors changed. My sticker for my oil change still shows another 1,000 miles till service needed. & I don’t drive much at all. There was never an oil light or check engine light to ever come up. I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE IN WHICH THEY KNEW HAD PRIOR ISSUES, A LEMON! Also, while overlooking my sales agreements for any warranty info, I came across another lie, they told the bank I am financing w/​that I put a $ 3800 deposit on this car, THAT IS UNTRUE! I signed a promissory note for $ 1,000! They frauded the bank to get me an approval and sold me a car that they knew they could take a lose on. I immediately called the bank & they told me EMG sent proof of $ 3800 deposit in form of receipt, funny because I have voicemails in which they admit to not registering my car until I pay them $ 1,000 on ⁹⁄₁₁ proving that they never had a complete amount of $ like they are telling the bank they received from me. They never registered my car until this Friday, ¹⁰⁄₁₆. Over 2 months from being paid by my bank for the vehicle, and thats only because I called last Weds questioning this whole thing again & letting them know I was calling a lawyer & Lennys answer was IDK HOW THE DEAL WAS WORKED OUT WHEN YOU GOT THERE, WE HELPED YOU GET IN A CAR THOUGH. Yea into a car you knew was a lemon & took advantage of a young girl buying her first car, lying to me & involved my name in a fraudulent act w/​a bank! I will be pursuing legal matters against this dealership. They are a bunch of frauds and everyone should steer very very clear from this place!!! The car needs a completely new engine is wont even turn on. $ 4500 in repairs! Beware!!!

Terrible experience. I would never recommend this place. My boyfriend and I have been shopping around for a BMW X6. Last night, we found one online which this dealership offered. My boyfriend called, made an appointment, confirmed the car was still available and ensured we had a ball park number to work with. We both took a half day from work (we live in CT) to take our time going to the bank to get a check (was paying cash) and ensured our insurance company knew we were likely buying a new car today. well, we show up to the dealership with a certified bank check in hand mind you – with this dealerships name on it. When asked about the car and our appointment, they looked clueless and suddenly had no clue what we were talking about. No one even knew about it even when we showed them the photos from their own website loaded last night. Thankfully a moron in the corner said it was sold, so at least we knew we weren’t crazy. long story short, they showed us another X6 roughly about $ 12K more, and a V8 engine which is not the car we wanted. We made it clear how much money we wanted to pay and even said we understand if it’s not enough given the car we came to see wasn’t even there. well (i believe his name was Juan), said ‘fine!’…wouldnt shake our hands or anything and just walked away. No one in the dealership even said thank you or bye to us when we walked out. This place seems shady and I would not trust my cash in their hands. I will not be back nor refer a soul to this place.

Bait and switch type shop; completely untrustworthy. I drove up from CT to pick up a car which apparently no longer existed. The salesmen and manager both pretended to have no idea what car I was referring to, which prompted me to show them the live advertisement that was currently on their site. They did not acknowledge and proceeded by showing me other cars.
Stay far away.

Annoying. Bait and switch. I made an appointment to come in and see a specific car — when I get there the car is no longer avail. Sales rep proceeds to show me other cars I do not want. Claims they don’t have the resources to update their inventory online more than once a week. Ridiculous. They took down what I’m looking for and plan to call me with matching vehicle. We’ll see. So far a total waste of time.

This place is a joke! In the market for a AMG and they had one listed. I told the receptionist i wanted to make an offer. She wanted me to send 500.00 for me to make and offer. RU SERIOUS??? I SMELL SOMETHING SHADY!!!

I called on Saturday to confirm the availability of a couple of cars. I was told both were available and ready to test drive. When we got there, an hour later, we were told both cars were sold and not there, but, hey, what about this other car, that is not at all what I’m looking for? (Don’t mind the warning errors that pop up when you turn it on — the price can be discounted.)
This morning, looking through updated auto listings, I find the two that I had been asking about listed again this morning, and a listing for one I was told on Saturday that was «long gone» posted again yesterday.
I was told on Saturday that their web site was showing old listings because they fired their internet girl for leaving cars on there. I’m going to guess that’s the name of their game, given the repostings this morning. Very very unimpressed. I won’t be wasting any more time with them and certainly won’t be buying a car there.

These guys are incompetent to put it simply! In early May 2012 my spouse and I traded in our 2011 Nissan Rogue for a ML 350 and they totally screwed us by not remitting the payoff from the new finance company to Nissan Financial in a timely matter. They either held the money or forgot but it took me following up with Nissan, the new finance company and the rude receptionist and finance manager numerous times over the course of about two weeks. Anyway, it was mid June before Nissan received the payoff from EMG… Resulting in a 30 day late on my credit which they said they would take care of, it’s almost August and nothing! I have nothing nice to say about these people and what a terrible way to run a business! Good luck!

This place is a complete joke and not even worth the one star I gave them.
— Staff is very rude unprofessional. The woman who works the front desk belittled me in front of her co workers and I overheard all of them talking about me, not even trying to be discreet.
–The sales manager wanted me to lie on my credit application to guarantee that I’d be approved for my loan so he could make a sale.
–There was no help from our sales man, Omar. He didn’t explain anything about the car. Our «test drive» was backing in and out of the parking spot in the lot.
–More than 50% of the cars on the website are not even on their lot. I guess once something has been sold they don’t bother to update their online inventory, just to get you to come in. There were several cars I was interested in from the website and none of them were available.
–I had to call up for an issue with my registration and another person in finance laughed at me and asked why did I even have an issue. He was very condescending and sarcastic.
–Obviously uneducated staff when they told me my trade in wasn’t even worth $ 10K when it was only a 2 year old car that is still hot on the market.
I think the staff needs to understand this is a luxury car dealership, nevertheless it is a used luxury car dealership but customres are still dropping large amounts of money here. If you would like returning customers, and if you actually want me to give you a referral, you should treat your customers with respect. I really couldn’t believe that the salesman had sent me a letter in the mail asking for referrals. Seriously?

I was treated in a professional way from the minute I walked in the door. The environment is very friendly. I was assisted by Freddy who helped me through the entire process, he has the patience and the knowledge to help me out, since I arrived without any particular preference regarding a car maker or model just looking for a sedan or a compact SUV. Once Freddy showed me the inventory I was blown away. After looking at many of the cars and SUV he just saved the best in my case for last a 2008 INFINITI EX35/​JOURNEY AWD in which I felt in love with. They worked a trade in for me that allowed me to buy a Pre-​owned 2008 vehicle. I’m very happy with the decision I made, I think my smile is noticeable each time I’m driving my new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Went here to look at 4 advertised navigators. They had NONE of the ones I had ads for. There were 3 we looked at and 2 that were disgusting and torn up. We waited for our sales guy, Eddie to come out and show us the cars for atleast 30 min! Once he finally got out there we decided to drive one. There were quite a few things wrong with it, the 2 most concerning being the power mirrors aren’t moving up at all and thick white smoke billowing out the tail pipe being the second. We tried to talk numbers and the final price. He wanted to fill out a whole register form and take it to his mgr before he could tell us the price! My husband tried to tell Eddie, we were hungry and just wanted to know the price so we could chew on it a bit. He continued to arue and we just bid him fair well and left. I won’t go here ever again, it’s a huge waste of my time and life!
