Agreed, such a good Dr working in such a terrible office! I signed in, the girl behind ye desk saw me sign in and shut the window without looking at the list I then listened the the girls at the counter laugh and bullshit with each other for 15 minutes before one decided to open the window and look at the list. The office was empty and everyone on the list was crossed off yet I still waited an hour to see anyone. The office seems to only view their time and the dr’s time as valuable, they have no regard for the patients time that is being wasted by sitting in their waiting room while they ditz around the office.

Unfortunately, one of the best obstytricians Dr Grabois has to work out of the one of the worst medicle offices ever to exist. The receptionist’s, nurses and assistants are HORRIBLE, and seem to hate their jobs and seem to make 3 dollars per hour and maybe thats why they are so rude and stupid. I had to have an ultra sound and they scheduled 8 people at the same time, with one ultra sound technician, so everyone was waiting 3 – 5 hours. There is not one time i have shown up for my appointment and not waited at least an hour.
I have had major issues with getting a prescription called in, getting my test results, i have actually been hung up on! The front desk act like they are in kindergarten! everyone i wait with says the same thing, they have major attitude.
Seeing a great dr is not worth what you have to go through to be seen, the stress these people cause their patients makes their health worse! I had to leave thier practice due to the front desk of this office.
I asked for my blood results be sent to my new dr, they were never sent, they put me on hold 15 mintues a few times per day and finally told me «oh we just mailed them». I had faxed them to send them to me directly since they took so long to send them to my new dr. they never did, they hung up on me, they actually picked up the phone and hung up me. the most immature customer service ever. these people should be working at McDonalds, not in a professional enviroment!!!
