How hard is it to answer your phones!!! Terrible customer service with the company in general. Lack of communication between stores in terms of availability of product. I believe that when you have a business, train your employees to make sure a phone does not ring more than five times. Reason why the HOLD feature exists and an operator saying«Will be with you shortly» So disappointed with this company right now

Last week I purchased some shoes from this location. Today I came to return the shoes because I found a pair I liked better. I paid cash for my shoes and was expecting a cash refund. I informed the young lady of my return and she calls the manager on duty, a young man by the name of Marquis Ross. Marquis Ross informs me that he couldn’t do my refund because he don’t have the money in the drawer. I found that to be a bit odd considering no business opens with no money. So I inquired…“the registers has no cash?” He informed me it did, but he couldn’t short the drawer that I need to wait on them to have sales. Mind you the store has already been open for an hour. I inquired how long would I have to wait? He said about an hour. Which isn’t true, because in that hour he need to have the sales AND the sales need to be in cash. So he has no idea how long I would be waiting. I’ve never heard anything so absurd in my life. They have money in the register, but I have to wait until you get more money before you can complete my transition. And I’m a VIP member which clearly means nothing to no one. So as I proceed to ask more questions and point out how ridiculous this policy is he becomes visibly upset. I’m the one being inconvenient and he’s getting upset… really!!! I’m clearly not getting anywhere with him so I ask for the store manger and district manger’s information and he storms off, telling the cashier to get it. How Marquis Ross has a job in customer service is unbelievable. How he has a management job in customer service… I’m beyond words. Champs really need to reevaluate him as the face of Champs. Regardless, I would NEVER return to that location. I’m not convinced I would return to Champs at any location. With a shoe company on just about every corner, Champs policy and management team has shown me that we are no longer a fit.

Amazing service … They on point here. The Jordan’s are fresh off the truck seriously and the air Max almost all sold out. Im a shoe lover but I’ve never seen such an organized system. Everyone was super friendly. Why can’t all Champs locations be like this one

Stopped by looking for some of their 2 for $ 45 player tshirts. Ok selection, wished they had more. But the people their was friendly.
