I have been coming to isalon since it opened its doors. You could not ask for a more inviting atmosphere and group of people. It does get busy so make your appointments early!
Ilan is amazing and a trip! It’s comedy and a hair do in one!
Worth it!

Hair cut was expensive and came out with out the straight line I asked for. Hair color took two hours and came out looking the same way when I can in. A disappointment that I had to get fixed after.

Pedicures are great but way too expensive! Love the staff, friendly and accommodating.

I came with my 12 year old daughter for a tryout of a half-​updo for an upcoming event. Came on a Saturday, one stylist tried a few things for about 15 minutes, but we were not convinced. Since she had a client coming and another stylist was free, the other stylist (Fariba) continued and we were happy with the result. They charged me $ 65, which is more expensive than normal, even for this area, but we decided anyway to make an appointment for the next Wednesday, the day of the event. On the actual day of the event the stylist Fariba was very rude, didn’t let us ask or give an opinion. When my daughter asked something, she told her to wait until the end, that everything would be fixed. By the end she didn’t accept any requests, «that’s the way it is» this is the way it should look” and got very annoyed. My daughter came with dry hair and she didn’t even wet it to dry her curls with a diffuser, as we did on the tryout, She just did the half updo. She had a very bad attitude and gave my daughter a bad feeling. I was very surprised when at the end I was charged $ 75 instead of the 65 that was agreed. I asked the lady at the reception why and she said the stylist had «worked more time» which is untrue. Since it was my daughter’s special day, I didn’t want to complain with the owner/​manager or make a scene, she already felt uncomfortable with the amount of money being spent. I feel that although the styling was nice, the service was horrible, Fariba was rude and moody, and the price was way way overboard and way above what was done. There are dozens of salons in the area, never coming back to this one.

Just had my first and last waxing done at iSalon.
The cheap quality f the wax not only removed the eyebrow, lip & bikini area but also the skin with it. When I showed the owner of the salon the missing skin on my face, he absolutely couldn’t care less. My total for my root touch up, low dry & waxing was $ 300.00. I guess skin removal was extra.
Will not go back.

I love that place, best salon ever! Mary is a sweetheart! Debbie B. (red head) is the best, she does my mani/​pedi religiously every two weeks! You must do your nails with her! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

If you need a great color and cut, you need to make an appointment with COREY! He’s an amazing colorist and just did an Ombré on me that I love. Got tons of compliments…& he’s cute too!

Ok, I know most people are looking on Unilocal for a good salon and finding lot of bad reviews/​bad experiences– why is a consistently good salon such a hard thing to find in Miami?
Anyway, I was lucky enough to find iSalon when it first opened up– and I have been coming here ever since. Mary is the co-​owner– she is absolutely fantastic! She greets you by name, makes sure she gets you coffee and offers you bagels while you wait. She is truly hands on with her entire staff and she really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have the best salon experience.
I have to admit that I have been to a few of the stylist at this salon, mainly because my schedule is very unpredictable, that said, I want to whole heartily endorse Toni as my favorite colorists/​stylist that I have had at ANY salon. And now, despite my schedule, I always work with her. When you first meet her you will notice she is very young and her hair always looks great (you wouldn’t go to a dentist with messed up grill, right?) She is also extremely friendly and professional and she really takes pride in her work. Her highlights are flawless and she is meticulous with her cuts.
If you have had a hard time finding a good salon in Miami, come to iSalon and ask for Toni and you will never have to look for another salon.

It took almost a year to find a good hair stylist until i found this place!!! the services is great starting from the time that i made the appointment over the phone until i left the place, I love my hair cut thanks to Cruz !!!
