This sweet shop is out of the way, but very much reminds me of professor java in albany. Great choice of sweets and cookies, bit this place is mainly k nm own for their square pies. I didn’t get one of those but had a large cinnamon roll and coffee to go.
Willing to head out again and get a square pie next time I’m out for a drive.
Also has a great seating area if your interested in sitting for a bit.

Located in an old house, the yellow exterior hasn’t seen a paintbrush recently. The door is not marked– on the side.
Entering into the dark interior for a quick bite for breakfast, I stepped around a dirty mop bucket to the counter. No welcome or smile from the owner/​cashier and sadly no milk to go with my cookies.
Not likely to get a return visit.

Ive decided that this place has grown on me. The coffee is excellent, treats are good. Staff seem a bit less overworked lately, and I am glad. Im glad they are here, without them, we wouldn’t have much of a hub to connect with our community if you don’t drink.
