I have benefited from good service for a long while. I have purchased three sets of tires and was treated well. For an extra 40 bucks, the hazard insurance and free balance and rotation services are well worth it. I have never had a problem communicating with the personnel and there are plenty of good tires to choose from, and they’ve all worked out well on my cars. They give good answers to my questions and there are no disagreements.

Took our 2010 Honda Insight here today for their $ 19.69 oil change + rotation. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick up the car to a $ 57 charge. They’d used full synthetic oil (which my car, they say, requires), even though the 6 oil changes I’ve previously done at the Honda dealership didn’t use full synthetic.
I was upset, and they cut the price to $ 40, but that was the best they would do. If they’re going to charge 3x the listed price, they could at least call me for a heads up. I won’t be returning to Conrads again.
