I have been here now 3 times. I especially like the lifetime alignment as you pay once and get it aligned essentially as often as needed at no cost. That is great. Had tires I bought elsewhere installed here and now coming back as a regular customer. Nice modern waiting room. Wifi. Easy to get to. Close to other stores and walking distance to Arbys and Wendy’s

Great place for an oil change without breaking the bank. I’m always looking for quality service for my car and go here every time I need an oil change in Cleveland. It’s not only affordable but the staff is super knowledgable and friendly. I hate overpaying for an oil change but don’t want to sacrifice quality for price, which you won’t have to do it here. I called about an hour ago and they were able to get me in any time I needed today. In the past I have also dropped my car off and picked it up later that afternoon. Today I’m on my own and decided to wait in the waiting room which has beverages, a clean roomy space to sit and a tv to keep me occupied when I’m not on Unilocal.Overall I recommend Firestone for your next oil change on the West Side.
