Attorney Jeannie D. Michalski has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1999. She began work as a prosecutor in the Monroe County DA’s Office, where she worked for seven years. She has extensive experience working on cases involving Domestic Violence and Drug Crimes.

Business Owner

Jeannie D. Michalski, Esq., graduated magna cum laude from Nazareth College and attended the University of Dayton School of Law. She was awarded a community service scholarship. She began her legal career by serving as a judicial clerk and interning at the Legal Aid Society of Rochester. Ms. Michalski has since practiced law in New York State for ten years.

Ms. Michalski served as an Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County for seven years, where she successfully prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in local, city, county and supreme courts. Now, in addition to defending people in criminal court, she also represents individuals in family court on custody, visitation, abuse and neglect, support and adoption matters.
