I would highly recommend Mountain Communications if you’re having an issue with any of your apple products! I had to have a battery replaced in my macbook air. They were able to get everything handled with apple care, get the part for my computer in about 1 day and get me on my way. They were awesome at communicating timeframes with me and their customer service was impeccable! A huge thanks to Matt & Ned for all your help! You guys ROCK!

My iPhone broke and Linda and Kelly tried to help me. They were very busy but took time to fix my phone. Unfortunately, nothing could be done and I had to replace the phone later at the Apple Store.

Matt saved me from the total frustration that I had when dealing with AT&T ‘customer care’ line. If the 2 Matts were not there, I would have ended my contract. They are excellent.
