Established in 1987.

Founded by Darrel & Teresa Brouhard in 1987 as Lake Realty Co., Inc. In 1993 expanded to Century 21 Western Realty with a 8 – 10 agents and Western Builders. In 1998 they began doing business as Brouhard Realtors. Serving Heritage Lake, a 320 acre private Indiana Lake 28 miles west of Indianapolis and all areas of West Central Indiana.
