At T3 Performance our core focus is training and developing athletes to maximize their genetic potential. The process to get started is simple:

* Come in for a FREE trial session (call 440−934−2244)

* Try a session out with a certified performance coach then sit down to discuss when your offseason, preseason, and inseason are so that we can maximize your training throughout the year.

We also offer Elite baseball training

*T3 Rays — A travel baseball organization that offers top notch coaching. We have teams from ages 8 – 18 and a structured offseason program that includes practices and performance training. We hold tryouts every year around the beginning of August for the next season. Please go to T3RAYS​.com for tryout info.

* 1 on 1 and small group baseball lessons

Field Rentals

*We have 20,000 sq ft of the highest quality field turf. If you need to rent space in the winter, we can help.

History

Established in 2009.

T3 Performance llc. was founded in 2009 with the sole purpose of educating and training athletes with the latest and most effective methodologies. There is a big difference between the athlete that trains in their basement or on their own at their school vs. an athlete that trains like a professional athlete, and it shows on the field.

We started out in a small 1,500 sq ft studio in Westlake and have since grown to over 30,000 sq ft. here in Avon. We have been fortunate to have attracted some of the best performance coaches in northeast Ohio. Our team of coaches understands that if we don’t produce results for our athletes, than we won’t be in business very long. Because of this, we are constantly studying the latest breakthroughs on what’s best for the athletes exercise wise and from a motivational standpoint.

Business Owner

Mike graduated from Avon Lake high school in 2002. He then went on to play football and throw shot put at Ohio State. Mike graduated in 2007 with a degree in business, and founded T3 Performance in 2009.
