We ordered a spa from the Spa Man store in Goodyear on Dysart early in November, with the guarantee that we would have our spa in 4 – 6 weeks. Our first indication that we should have walked away was the incompetence of the salesperson, who could not even figure out how to fill out the paperwork. Well, here we are a few months later and still no spa. We have called countless times trying to get information on where our spa is, and in today’s technology based world, we are amazed that this company has no way of tracking where our spa is or where it even is in the process of being made. Really? Every time we call, we talk to a customer service representative that is apparently new, and running interference for the manager who has refused all calls and requests for a call back. This is by far the worst customer service we have ever encountered. DONOTBUYFROMTHISCOMPANY — it is just a matter of time before they will be forced to close their doors because they are clueless, incompetent and just flat out do not care about their customers. We have requested our order be cancelled and now they refuse to address this issue until we get a call from this phantom manager that I’m beginning to think does not even exist. We’re going another route to cancel… hope we at least get our money back that we have paid so far. Be warned… do not go in to this store to even look around. Go someplace else.

We purchased a Dynasty Spa from Spaman Spas at 1467 N Dysart Rd, Avondale, AZ85323 spring of 2013 at a purchase price of for $ 12,000. Upon delivery of Spa our cover was the wrong size so they had to redeliver cover which took several weeks. Upon filling up spa we had a leak so we called Spaman to have this issue repaired which again took several weeks and an entire day off work because they needed someone over 18 to be home between 8am and 2pm however repairman did not actually arrive until after 6:30pm. When the spa was about 6 months old our spa cover developed mold, after doing some research we found that there was a manufacture defect in the cover which allowed moisture and mildew to set in thus causing the mold. Spaman sent a new cover out but it was not as good quality as the original one we purchased. Recently we noticed that the water in our spa was draining very quickly and the pavers around the concrete pad our spa is on started shifting. I called Spaman and spoke to Eleanor who told me that we how have to pay for the service call which is $ 89 for them to come look at our leaky spa that’s only 1 year old. I called the service company as directed by Spaman and was informed that Spaman is notorious for quoting the wrong service call pricing and that the price will actually be higher than the $ 89 I was quoted by Spaman. I called back to Spaman and spoke to the GM named Gary who told me that any issues we have with the spa should be taken up with Dynasty Spas and not Spaman. I asked if they would at least pay the service call since they were the company that sold us the spa and per Gary was told NO very firmly. Gary further told me that 3% to 5% of spas that they sell arrive and are delivered to customers leaking and if they pay for every service call they will lose money. Gary said that no exceptions will be made PERIOD to assist us with service call and we are on our own to do whatever is needed to fix the leak. At this point we are not sure if Dynasty manufactures poor spas or if Spaman Spas are knowingly selling poor quality spas but I can say that Spaman Spas of Arizona and their GM Gary have exhibited unsatisfactory customer service and I will never recommend them to anyone or buy from them again.
