If you rent here, make sure you have a checking account that doesn’t charge you for cashier’s checks to ensure that your rent check is credited on time. If you want to pay your rent online they charge almost $ 30.00 for a service fee. If you send it in the mail, to ensure they recieved it (because they have lost it in the past on employees desks), you need to send it delivery confirmation. So unless you physically bring in the check, you will have to pay in order to pay your rent, which I think is absolutely ridiculous! So yes, it says they accept credit cards, however they charge you a crazy amount to use it!
And what about the break-ins on residents vehicles? If they aren’t going to ensure that the gates are working, then I suggest they hire on site security, 24 hrs a day. Telling people «we’ll it happens all the time», doesn’t cut it. If you know there is a problem then fix it! That is what is expected when you rent in a «gated community». Absolutely ridiculous!

Don’t ever rent here! The office staff is a complete joke. Few people pick up after their dogs. The parking sitatuon is horrendus. After contacting the corporate office, don’t expect a response. Gates are out of work enough to be annoying. All staff is rude. WiFi is touchy in hotspots at best.
