I have been coming here for about three years. Luis is honest, helpful, and kind. I have trust issues when it comes to mechanics and Luis has provided good explanations for my services. I do not plan on going anywhere else.

They where really helpful, but they weren’t very good at notifying that my car was ready, eventually I went to check up what was the hold up and they said it was done for a while.

Needed service when the check engine light came on. Always nervous because you never know what it could be. Car was running fine but you would hate for it to snowball. I needed to go somewhere I could trust. Unilocal pointed me to Luis & Sons and they did not disappoint. I received such amazing customer service and will definitely go back. Most other auto repair locations forget to create a relationship with its customers. Luis & Sons set the bar for quality care and service!

What an amazing experience. Highly recommended. Thank you! Driving from Santa Barbara to Arizona and our car started making a weird sound above 65mph. We decided to stop here based on reviews and we were not disappointed. The technician drove around the freeway with us for 25 minutes to produce the sound and figure out that it was a harmless strip on the top of the car that was hanging loose! He just cut it — free of charge! Thank you so much.

I’M SO MAD! I’m new to azusa so I looked on Unilocal for an honest mechanic and I got fooled by all the good reviews :(My car started over heating so I took it to this place and they were charging me 45 to check it I was ok with it because I needed it to get fixed well they told me all I needed was a new radiator cap and some coolant but I’m pretty sure it already had coolant because I had checked it but whatever I told them to go ahead and put a new cap and put coolant. I work in LA so im almost there and my car starts over heating! Are you fucking kidding me. IF YOU’RE GOING TO CHARGE TO SEE WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY CAR YOU SHOULD DO YOUR JOB RIGHT AND CHECK IT THE RIGHT WAY! Cause you sure aren’t going to pay to get my car towed are you? I’m so dissapoited and mad. Everytime I go to a mechanic they find ways to screw me over I’m so tired of it!

I recently moved to Azusa from Glendale and I was on a mission to find the most reliable, fast, courteous, and affordable auto shop in the area, Unilocal again has pointed me in the perfect direction. Luis and Sons auto shop is all of the above mentioned. I was greeted with an awesome welcoming vibe. I told them that I wanted my headlights installed, I already had the bulbs needed for the job. To get to my headlights in my car is not an east task (you have to literally take the bumper off), the technicians were able to do the job in less than 20 minutes it seemed like. The cool thing is that it was only $ 18! I told the clerk when I went to pay that they just obtained a new customer whenever I have car issues. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Azusa area!

One day the temperature of my car rise to a very hight degree, I was worry about that so I ask my friend to check it first. He told me the coolant almost empty and the engine might have problem if I don’t fix it as soon as possible. I went to another place and they say it will charge my over $ 600. As a new officer worker, I can’t suffer the big bill! I found Luis and sons on Unilocal and surprised that they own 5 stars on Unilocal page so I towed my car and ask them to help me. They are honest, friendly, and trustable! They fix the major problem of my car the. Point out several problems that I need to fix and assist me to solve these parts with a reasonable price.
It’s a wonderful experience for me, highly recommend!!!
