This is the worst place ever! I literally just signed up for this Unilocal just to warn people! This is MONTECARLOINN not Carla… I can’t explain the weirdness with the receptionist ppl…(white guy & Asian lady) we were in desperate need BC of coming from Chicago and starting work to save up for a place for ourselves… we had bad gut vibes but really needed the monthly stay. We had two kids with us… we bleached down all walls, tub, floors etc. We thought we inspected for bed bugs by taking off all bedding slowly and looking between mattress & box springs. also seems of it. We were sitting there just tired & my husband folds over the blanket corner & says there’s a dead bed bug right there! I picked my children up and darted out the room for a refund! They did refund me BC I’m pretty sure the receptionist knew I wasn’t playing(I wasn’t) BUT they all acted like it was nothing… like not a HUGE deal. Disgusting & I wanted to scream it to everyone bug I couldn’t. DONTSTAYHERE!!!

This is the cheapest place in town to stay. I up graded to the newly remodeled room. It was cleaner than expected however I don’t think the floor was vacuumed, very well anyways. I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see anything, however, something bit my knee while staying there and it is still red and itchy 10 days later. Most frustrating things about my week long stay are; missing TV remote batteries(I replaced you’re welcome), very poor reception(TV and wifi), and don’t plan on seeing your deposit ever again. I gave the required two day notice to the staff who was on the phone, he nodded at me and I left. Called about my deposit at check out and a lady answered who answered the phone said I didn’t give 2 day notice so no refund. While explaining to her that I did she just hung up the phone on me. I will NEVER stay there again!

Since this motel didn’t have their rates online, I called them and asked if there are any available rooms for August 3-August7, the man who answered the phone said«I don’t know, why don’t you try to call me back the day before.» I told him that today was August 2 and he said«Oh well then how long will you be here?»(His tone sounded as if he did not want me to stay there). I said once again from August 3-August 7. I can hear the hesitation in his voice when he told me «There are already 2 people staying in the room, how many will be staying?»(So what, do you only have 2 rooms available?) I tell him that it was only for me. He says, «It will be $ 66 for 1 person for 1 room.» So I said thank you and good bye and he just hung up. Sooo in conclusion this motel has horrible customer service, sounds very unsure of their guests and is also unsure of there rates. Worst customer service, and this was only through the phone. How hard is it to look up how many guests are staying in YOUR motel? Definitely don’t have to stay here to know its a bad place for my money.
