I first tried Rosedale Cleaners when I needed my uniforms perfectly pressed and they did an amazing job! The owners are friendly, professional and do excellent work. They greet you on a first name basis-​and that means so much to me! I don’t feel like a customer, but more like a personal client. I recommend Rosedale Cleaners to everyone I know!

I have been coming here for quite some time already. Since day#1 I have been treated well, but most importantly, my clothes. I have been coming here for over 2 years and I am so far pleased! So if you live in the area, and you are looking for a quality dry cleaners and you know for a fact that the price will not be $ 1, please come here.

Wonderful service and quick turn around! They do a good job on my husbands Academy uniforms. The owner is always very nice.

This owner is short tempered and needs hearing aids. Make sure you pay upfront other wise he will add extra charges and let me remind you he is over charging everyone anyways. If I were not a law abiding citizen, one of us would have been in a stretcher. Try him, he is rude and obnoxious, but at first he will be nice and then later BAM!
Clean your clothes otherwise the yourhighness will not fix your clothes, and once you go laundary the clothes and then go back, he will still charge you extra $ 5.50 to clean it.
I only leave 5 stars or 1 star because I believe that you should let everyone know the best and the worst experiences.

The guy at the counter is super friendly. I just about flipped though when he wanted to charge 6 bucks a patch to sew on my uniform. Regardless of size. That’s crazy. Down the street about a block they charge 3.50.

This place is great ! I have been using their services when needed for a few years now. They are very friendly and helpful. They remember you, and by name too. Even if you’re not that regular with dry cleaning. They do great alterations on garments as well. I do like that they are eco –friendly by having reusable clothing bags available and using non — toxic method for cleaning. Try them out if you don’t already.

Love this place and have been meaning to leave a review! I have had several things dry cleaned here over the last year, and I am always happy with the friendly service and quality of dry cleaning. I also recently needed some dress pants hemmed over night and they did it no problem. They are a little bit more expensive, not much, than others in the area, but it’s well worth it in my opinion.

I had asked for 8 articles of clothing to be cleaned in a week. However, something came up 3 days later and I called to see if they could do a rush job. Done without hesitation and was done well.
Also they replaced the collar stays I intentionally took out. My previous dry cleaner would throw mine out and didn’t replace them if I had left them in. Nice surprise!

Let me start by saying I am a fan of supporting good local family-​owned businesses. This is one of them. They are an environmentally friendly dry cleaning facility and they do a darn good job. Of course, since they are fairly green the price is slightly higher but they make up for it in their quality service.
Did I mention that they do alterations? And they do a darn good job too!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I took two peacoats there to get cleaned, one black and one light grey. I picked them along with some other items up, I got home and found a big stain on the front of my light grey peacoat, which wasn’t there when I dropped it off (I wear the two peacoats to work everyday during the winter). I took it back and said very nicely at first that I found this big stain that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. The man that works there insisted it was there when I dropped it off. When I told him again it wasn’t and even showed them my drop off reciept where it would of been noted there was a bad stain, he inisisted more and then proceed to tell me that the jackets were filthy and disgusting and I brought my clothes in a big mess and that’s why he remembers me bringing it in with a stain.
First of all, I worked late so I folded my jackets into a bag along with a pair of pants therefore I did not drop it off and he couldn’t have remembered me dropping it off. Second, I always double check to make sure if there was anything wrong before I took them and there wasn’t, the only reason I was taking them was because the weather was getting warmer and I wanted to clean them before putting them away for the winter.
Anyways back to the story, so he continues to argue with me, asking what I want him to do about it and I told him I paid for a clean jacket not one with a stain on it that it didn’t have when I brought it in. All I wanted was for the stain to be taken off. THEN the girl who works the front comes up and pushes my jacket on the counter and tells me if I don’t like how it came out I can take my things and GET OUT of their store. I have NEVER been so disrepected by a worker. I understand I was upset but I was asking for them to fix the problem. I wasn’t asking for them to refund all the money on all the items I brought in (which was $ 70 worth of clothes). The man quickly apologized for the girl’s behavior after I was already livid and said I would never come back again. He took the jacket and said he would try to get it out by next week, free of charge, which is all I wanted in the first place. I figured the jacket is already ruined, it can’t get worse and I already paid good money.
If I were you I would find a different cleaners unless you want to be insulted and called a liar.

This place is worth every penny! I had a piece of clothing that had some bleeding of colors from a previous poor dry cleaning job. Rosedale cleaners was able to take out the red from the white after several washes. Incredible!

I’ve gotten a few fancy items of mine cleaned at this place and i think they’re great. they’re a bit pricey but they are sure to get every single stain out while keeping your clothing intact. I had a sheer and lace dress that got an sauce stain on it and they were able to get it out without a problem!

Absolutely disgusted with the price! $ 18 to have a maxi dress cleaned is unbelievable! That’s almost as much as I paid for the dress. They did not tell me the price until after and I was screwed! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!

Great customer service and very friendly. Got a suit dry cleaned for less than $ 10. Good deal!

So far so great! I have had my pants hemmed here and it cost me only 12 dollars! My mom has had some items cleaned and they all came out great, then my sister had a bridesmaid dress that she needed major work on because she is pregnant and grew a lot! They had to add 9 inches of fabric and alter the dress totally. They did charge a lot $ 150, but the whole back of the dress looks like a new dress and they even lined the dress as well. They did a beautiful job.

I walked into this place after my old dry cleaner was getting worse and worse in terms of cleaning my clothes yet charging me the same.
I told the staff that I was look for a new dry cleaner to call home, and what made them better than the rest.
To my surprise «Ara» one of the staff, spent 20mins showing me all their equipment in the back and explaining to me in great detail why they do things the way they do.
I felt very welcomed and almost part of the family, it was very clear that these people «truly» care about what they do and don’t treat people and their clothes as just a «job».
This type of passion for what one does is very, very hard to find these days and I for one truly respect people like them.
My clothes look almost brand new every time I pick them up and service is «always» with a warm and more importantly genuine smile.

Personal service like none other! Better for the environment and your clothes. They are always extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating when special requests are made. I drive past at least 7 cleaners to get there but it’s well worth it!

I took a dress in to get the zipper replaced. They charged me $ 18. When I came to pick it up the man told me he replaced the zipper and even put the custom zipper pull that was on the old zipper to the new one! I thought how nice. Thanksgiving came around and to my dismay, I put on the dress and the zipper busted again (it was the same old zipper!) I took it back and they gave me an attitude, I came back around christmas to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. I came back a couple times after and they kept coming up with excuses why it wasn’t ready. Finally after 3 – 4 weeks I received my dress back with a good zipper. I have easily found a replacement dry cleaner in the area that i am happy with and not too mention is nice to my wallet :)

I liked this drycleaner because they’re environmentally friendly and they use a special eco-​cleaner solution and process (I believe it’s wet-​cleaning?) that’s better for me and the environment. They were also extremely kind and helpful. I brought in a leather jacket and was worried about the wet cleaning process. They kept reassuring me that their specialist had done many leather coats and it came out great! They also gave me a bit of a price break for bringing in 3 coats to clean at once (heavy winter coats are pretty pricey). The only drawback, of course, is they are a tad pricier because of the environmentally conscious process they use. But it was much more reasonable than I expected, so if you care about that kind of thing, price shop and see if they aren’t within reason for you. They provide excellent service!
