Very attractive store… customer service is great. Please stop carrying the Nimbus tempered glass for the galaxy s7. The screen protector barely fits the screen with giant bezels around it. Very annoying to see 40 go down the train for a crap protectr.

The best. Very attentive and helpful. Ryan helped us understand our options and save some money. Jesse was also very knowledgable and helped as well. Both were very laid back which made for an enjoyable stress-free errand.

Store manager Abdul is a great manager and I will be back. He went above and beyond to help me and I’ll definitely be back AND recommend others. Fabulous store manager, I am very impressed. Such great service compared to Monrovia and Glendora!

I came to this store to upgrade 2 of my lines and decided to return one of the phones because i simply couldn’t afford it. Abu explained to me that there is a 50 dollar restocking fee based on the fact that they could not sell a returned phone back to a new customer which is understandable and i explained to him that Verizon only charges 35 dollars and he explained clearly that because they are an authorized retailer that Verizon charges them more to return a phone back to them after a customer returns it which is also understandable if your a human being lol. I got a call from Abu a few days later and he told me that i had left my iTunes id signed in and that all my information was still on the phone and that they could not send the phone back with all of my information because its against the law to do that so i apologized for being a moron and not remembering to reset the phone and so i went into the store to reset it. I felt like such a moron because i forgot to reset the phone when i took it back the first time. I called Abu back to thank him for not sending the phone back in to Verizon with all of my personal information.

Simply unbelievable. This in NOT a regular Verizon store. It’s a pop-up ‘all cell’ retailer. They act all nice and helpful as they take HUGE advantage of the college kids from across the street. Jesse refused to honor Verizon’s current promotion of $ 100 trade in for iPhone. Then, when the phone had to be returned, they charged $ 50 restocking fee, even tho Verizon’s fee is $ 35. When asked, he said, «we don’t have to follow Verizon’s policy, we’re an independent dealer». And they then charged tax on the restocking fee! Reported them to Verizon Customer Service. They couldn’t even get them to answer their phone after 3 tries! Now here’s the clincher. The next day they called and said, «The phone you returned still has some music on it. Can you please give us your iTunes log in?» I MAYBEDUMBBUT I DIDN’T FALLOFFTHETURNIPTRUCK!

We came in with a question and Jesse was extremely helpful. He took his time to present our options and also listed some pros and cons. He was knowledgeable, personable, attentive and very professional. I believe he even stayed a little after hours giving us a consultation. That was some high class customer service! Would highly recommend this place.
