Stan, Tobias, and Skyy of Big Red Towing are fantastic. Fast service and someone is ALWAYS available to answer the phone or return the call immediately. Highly recommended.

These guys refused to take me down a road because it had some sharp turns (big trucks go up Italy the time… The turns aren’t that tight). The real reason is because they wanted to take the longer route and make more money. I had my insurance call another company and they came and had no problems using that road. Don’t use big red!

There are few times I can remember being as relieved as I was when Big Red’s truck came over the hill at Owl Creek Pass (11,500ft) and towed me down to town to get my starter fixed. thanks Big Red! happy trails.

I drove up to Guenella Pass last weekend and, through a series of unfortunate events, locked my keys in my car. I was about 4 miles up the pass and luckily found someone to drive me to Bailey so I could contact AAA. I was alone and nervous about driving up into the mountains with a stranger, but the tow truck driver that picked me up, Tobias, was awesome! He picked me up within 20 minutes of AAA contacting him. I expressed to him that I was nervous about my car being damaged and he reassured me that the people that drive the pass wouldn’t harm it. He was very kind, very helpful, and put my mind at ease on the long drive back up there with small talk. I was so relieved to have such a nice, decent person to help me out in such a stressful situation. This company is awesome! If you’re in the area, use them for sure.

This man is the real honest deal… and you do not always find that with tow truck operators! I appreciate that there is a great towing service up in the Conifer /​Pine Junction area. Big Red will meet your needs with no «funny business».
