R & R Roofing & Siding

Called in March to get an estimate on siding our house and roof repairs. Was told it would be ~month before repairs could be scheduled but an appointment for siding estimate was made. Five minutes before appointment time they called and said they were running about an hour late. Almost two hours later, and with no phone call update the owner Dennis arrives. He apologizes and I tell him I can only give him 15minutes. He says that’s fine, he will take measurements and calculate estimates and then contact me to schedule time to discuss different materials/​products etc.
About a month later I get a call from the scheduler saying they have an opening and can I meet a repairman that afternoon. I remind her that it is not our primary residence and I will require at least a day or two advance notice. I also inform her I have not heard back from Dennis. She looks at file and says that my info is there but can’t determine why he has not contacted me, but would give him a message.
It is now more than three months since my initial appointment and I have still not heard back from Dennis, nor have they called back to schedule the repairs.
And if this weren’t enough, they exhibited they exact same behavior when they blew me off last year or the year before. Apparently they have so much business that they can act in such a way. Some may discount this as it is my first review but you have to start somewhere and this experience was negative enough that it motivated me to join and post.

We have met some of the team at R&R, specifically Angela and have to say, as we get started into this process of having our roof replaced, that if she is a reflection of the type of service R&R provides than everyone in the Bailey area needs to use R&R for their roofing needs. Look forward to future dealings.
