Looking for another pair of glasses again… will not buy from here. They have excellent and highly skilled ophthalmologists but I experienced very poor customer service when ordering frames from here last year. The frame shop attendant, a lady in her 50’s, was condescending, snobbish and was quite upset with me when I asked her for some type of warranty. I thought it was appropriate to ask for warranty since I was forking over $ 400 for the frames. So not customer oriented.
