After several years, I am still excited about real estate. Technology changes and the internet have forever changed this industry and it seems like changes are accelerating. Coming from a technology and sales background, I am excited about where this is going to lead us and embrace the journey. In January 2011, Julie Meyers and I bought the Prudential office here on Winslow Way, Shortly thereafter, we became Bainbridge Homes Real Estate.

We listed our home with Julie and could not have been happier. It was an older home that needed some work which we had already started when we contacted Julie. Since we were in the process of fixing it up she gave us a ballpark number that she thought we might get but made clear that it was hard to tell, not knowing what the end product was going to be. What we appreciated was her conservative honest assessment of the price and not a pie in the sky number that we might get. Her suggestions were right on the mark as well.
After we finished the work, she came in with the other agents from her office and they all came up with a price which we thought was a great touch as well. The price was spot on and it sold very quickly.
The whole process was smooth. Julie stayed on top of everything and kept us in the loop with what was going on at all times.
We very highly recommend her!

When we decided to explore moving the Bainbridge Island, I went to Unilocal for help finding a local BI Real Estate agent. There wasn’t much to go on (being from San Francisco I’m used to a more robust Unilocal culture)…but Julie Meyers and Bainbridge Homes had a presence and some good reviews. I took a leap and gave Julie a call. Turned out to be the best choice ever. Julie was AWESOME. She’s live in the SF Bay Area herself and was able to talk with me about the differences between SF and BI. When we arrived for our first visit, she picked us up at the ferry (i.e. The Boat), gave us a great tour of the Island, and had a number of properties lined up for us to view that aligned with our criteria. Long story short, Julie helped us find and buy a wonderful new home. She was with us every step of the way and always went the extra mile. She was a wonderful partner! Thanks Julie!

Hours aren’t always the best for visitors to the Island but you can get a lot of info from just the window advertisements. Pretty reasonable prices for some waterfront homes as well… just not a whole lot to do for residents on a daily basis.
