History

Established in 1993.

I have been involved in construction, construction management, renovation of historic buildings and consulting on properties as well as doing inspections for 30 years. I started specializing in just home and commecial property inspections in 1993. Some 7000 inspections completed now, and still learning new things! Really enjoy getting to meet people and go through the inspection process with them. I believe this is not only an inspection but also their own private seminar and so a wonderful chance to learn about their new home. I try to approach each inspection as if I was doing it for a family member.

Born in 1956, oldest of 5 children, raised on Bainbridge Island, lived in So Cal from 1975 to 1991, and on Bainbridge Island since. Married for 30 years, and we have one 25 year old daughter who lives in California.

I love to ski, mountain bike, boat, garden, cook, forage in the woods for food and mushrooms, beekeeping, organic gardening, etc.
