For over 8 years we’ve been hand sharpening your valued kitchen knives, fabric scissors and salon shears. We have a fast turn around time, we can arrange sharpening at your house (very convenient) and we have a drop off location at Esther’s Fabrics in downtown Winslow (Open Tues-​Sun). We use a precise sharpening system and japanese water stones to bring your edge back better than new. Prices are $ 1/​per inch for German steel, $ 2.50/inch for Japanese steel. Established in 2007.

We have been hand sharpening knives and scissors for Bainbridge and Poulsbo customers for over 8 years with many happy returning customers. Our new mail order service is a fast and convenient way for you to keep your cooking tools in prime condition. We serve a number of local restaurants as well as many home owners. Businesses include Burrata Bistro and Paella Bar, The Beach House and Manor House, Blackbird Bakery, Via Rosa, and others. You’ll be thrilled to have sharp knives again.
