If you need a chiropractic adjustment Dr. Morgan Rillling, D.C. at
is top notch. As an active Pilates, massage and martial arts practitioner I have experienced many chiropractic adjustments. She is at the top of my list with cutting edge techniques being manual as well at her discretion using a pro adjuster. I highly recommend her for anyone and everyone. #monthly maintenance. — getting back on track.

I have been on and off a Chiropractors table since I was 5 and I had my first roller skating accident. As I continued my reckless and highly charged childhood, skateboard accidents, horseback riding accidents, and a few more roller skating accidents added to the growing list of reasons for getting myself aligned. So, I do see myself as a bit of an expert in my back and neck issues and I have been to many different Chiropractors through the years. I have had wonderful experiences with most of them. So, consider that I walked into Island Health with some definite ideas about what my needs are and more than 40 years of Chiropractic adjustment experience.
When I lived in ABQ, I had a great Chiropractor, but since moving to the PNW, I have sort of fallen off the Back Self Care Wagon. This finally came to a head, with a blazing neck ache and a blazing headache. I had hit the preverbal wall and it was time to take some direct action. I Unilocaled Chiropractors, on Bainbridge and called and chatted with several offices. What I liked about IHC was that Dr. Lucia Vracin actually took the time to talk to me prior to my coming in so that we could discuss what I felt I needed and she could tell me what they offered. So, I made an appointment.
What I found was a really great Chiropractic experience. I saw Dr. Morgan Rilling, she’s young but very capable. There was the stretching table, there was some super activator action, there was some physical manipulation, and at the end there was the roller table. I have now been to about 5 sessions, I am no longer having headaches, and my back and neck feel like I am taking them in the right direction. I want to also give a shout out to Cathy at the front desk, she is lovely and I enjoy chatting with her when I come in for an appointment. I can say, very happily, that I feel comfortable at Island Health and Chiropractic and my back and neck thank them.

When I first walked into Dr. Lucia’s office I was in so much pain. My neck was killing me constantly, I had migraines, couldn’t sleep and was starting to miss work due to it all. The apt was short and easy. I felt a bit better immediately but the real difference was the next morning. First of all I slept through the night without pain then I woke up with NO PAIN and didn’t get my usual afternoon headache the next day! It was absolutely amazing! I now go regularly and fell 100% better. I will continue to visit and recommend you check her out too. ;)

I CAN WALK AGAIN!
While that might sound a bit over the top for a Chiropractic review, it truly tells the story. In Spring of 2013 I had some back pain and was losing some movement in my right leg. After several visit to my General Practitioner, with the function waning, I turned to Dr Vracin for some relief. From the beginning she showed a completely holistic approach to my situation and knew from her experience that the declining leg function was a potential signal of something more serious and beyond chiropractic relief. Her wise council (and insistence) helped guide (and helped me prod) my medical treatment. It became quickly clear surgery (decompression and fusion) was called for, and happened in August of 2013. Today, it’s late April, 2014. Yesterday my wife, Dorothy, and I enjoyed a 12 mile roundtrip hike to the Dungeness Spit Lighthouse, No pain. Two fully functional legs. Thank you Lucia. a
