A Sign Factory & Graphic Shop

I’ve really tried to give these guys multiple chances but I’ve come to realize these guys might be good if you have a large order. If you have a small order, steer clear.
I have a small company (6 people) but still want to look good. I’ve ordered shirts, jackets, sweaters and hats from these guys — in small quantity — and every single time there’s a huge lag time and always errors on my orders. For example, i ordered 2 jackets as part of an order and i provided the logo and names to be embroidered. The logo looked rushed and the 2 names were I different fonts and different sizes. The hats i got were a different make than i ordered and the logo was fat from the approved design i gave them. Then they said they’d fix it and give me extra hats. They did fix it but never got any extra hats because they lost them.
I get it. They’re not making a ton of money from me but I’m still a customer and a human being and i expect to be treated like both.
There’s lots of other places in Bakersfield and i would recommend any of them over this place.

Truly wish that there was an option for zero stars. This is absolutely the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. I paid for two signs to be installed on my business with a final payment due apon satisfaction of their installation. One sign looks great but the other sign looks horrible with a poor quality installation. We immediately communicated this to the owner with an agreed resolution to remake and install the sign and that never happened. Taking my money elsewhere to have a quality sign installed by a professional company. CAUTION STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I took my refrigerator doors in to see what could be done. They wrapped my white doors in an all black and now they look brand-​new, and my refrigerator matches my kitchen

Steer clear of this place to avoid headache and heartbreak. It’s really bad when the owner’s own family calls him a scam and a fraud. But that’s only my opinion.

Harold and A Sign Factory will take your money and not deliver the product. I have paid this company over 22K for a sign and a vehicle wrap. The van took over a month and turned out looking like a 3 year old installed the wrap and the sign was to be done by year end and still hasn’t been done. When I asked for a refund he told me he would file BK and I would get shit. Oh and the best part is, I think Half the reason he took so long on the van was because he decided to move his company with it and never asked. I’m Pretty sure that’s Grand theft Auto.
