Advanced Security INC. was formed in 1993 as a professional Sub-​Contracting Company, designing and installing large Commercial Security/​Fire/​Camera (CCTV)/Card Access systems for three of the largest security companies in California, ADT, Honeywell, and Westec, in some of the largest buildings from San Diego to San Francisco. In 2003 we decided to stop working for other Security companies and start building our own

I’m Bill Holt, President, and I have assembled the finest group of professionals in Kern County to better serve you. I have over 30 years of experience designing, selling, installing and servicing Security systems in California, see Resume, However, my experience doesn’t compare to the combined experience of my associates which have over fifty years in the Security Industry in Kern County and we are all State Licensed to Install and Service Security, Fire, Video, Card Access, and Internet connected systems.

Business Owner

Bill was a soldier for the US Army for ten year and was a Bomb Disposal Technician that specialized in I.E.D.‘s .Bill along with his EOD team, personally guarded the President of the United States, He’s held the nations highest security clearances, heserved in Viet Nam through 1968 and 1969 and was awarded two Bronze Star Medals, EOD’s highest award at that time and still is today. They didn’t have any fancy Bomb suites or remote controlled vehicles, everything was by hand and there were no second chances! Bill Holt had built four other Security Companies in Southern and Central CA. The last Company was Kern Security INC., (1982 – 1993) located in Bakersfield, CA. Bill and his partner Mel Davis were the original owners and builders of one of the largest Security companies in Bakersfield CA.
