We started as a personal service business that helped only a select few clients in the central Bakersfield area. Since our inception, we have expanded and hired professional employees and offered our services to a wider range of business. As we continue to grow, we will continue to work with our beloved local customers.

Ben initially started Rise and Shine Windows back in 2001 as a side business to supplement income during college. After several years of servicing Kern County, he decided to open a company that would help other small businesses grow and help limit the expense of costly employee turn over.
