Bakersfield Property Solutions opened for business in 2004 specializing in real estate flips. Since that time we have grown in to a full service real estate sales and property management company.

Meet the Business Owner

Robert S.

Business Owner

Robert Savage was born and raised in Bakersfield. His interest in real estate started early as he observed his auto mechanic grandfather dabble in real estate and ultimately use his rental properties to fund his retirement. Robert became convinced that real estate investing was a tool that could be used by anyone, not just the rich and famous. After graduating from college and spending 13 years working for a non profit Robert started Bakersfield Property Solutions which over the years has evolved into a full service real estate sales and property management company. Robert is a California licensed real estate broker as well as a licensed general contractor. He enjoys hanging out with his wife and four daughters and he is actively involved in Olive Knolls Church and in several organizations serving the homeless population of Bakersfield.
