I would preface this review by saying that certain aspects of this business perform well. I never had issue with office staff. For the most part, they performed their job well. They earned the two stars I posted. The problem with retaining a law firm, is that you also want a good lawyer. I guess that’s what separates it from a paralegal service.
I give Ben zero stars. He dresses professionally, but everything falls apart after that. He is one of those rare individuals you can have a conversation with and then ask you later «what you want to do». I have no issue with people forgetting things, but it becomes frustrating when you are «forgetting» while billing me at a substantial hourly rate. Especially when your lapses are coupled with extensive fees for case review, and cause critical deadlines to be missed. Maybe you should try one those nifty legal pads. Write it down. Trust me it works. At best I felt he was going through the motions. I found Ben to be lackadaisical, illy prepared, and unprofessional. Go Greene, and your largely GO-​ing PRO PER.

Horrible experience. They billed me for fixing their own mistakes. I tried resolving with their accounting department, but they ere hostile and extremely rude. They operate more like a collection agency than a legal office. I went so far as to open a BBB case but got nowhere with it even though I provided all the necessary proof of showing how the charges were incorrect. I would never recommend this company for family law or any other legal services. I wish I had seen a review like this before hiring them in the first place.
