Needed to get my oil changed, got here at 9:15 and 10 minutes later they have already pulled my car in to change the oil. Talk about fast service & a great value. I love it when I have a day off & I can get in & out. Freddy was off Monday & Tuesday so I waited until Wednesday. I have been dealing with him for many years, so I just wait until he is working. When you find someone who is the best at his job, it’s worth the wait. Keep up the awesome work Freddy.

So came in to get tires rotated and balanced they are very fast and professional, made an apt once I arrived no wait at all they got me in quick and fixed all my tire problems keep up they AMAZING work guys, top it off Adrain and Freddy are amazing employees they had answers for all my questions and even explained more then any tire shop has before. I would recommend too come in and get your tire work done here the last place I went too didn’t event put on the right weights for my car I didn’t even know till I brought it here… Will always be back for all my tire and car needs …

My past tire purchases have been at time with Costco and most with America’s tire across the street. I went to America’s tire and there was only 1 person on the counter with 3 folks in line. I stood there for 10 minutes and did not get anyone to help. I took off and went to Big Brand Tire. There were 5 people in line but there were able to mobilize 2 more customer service folks. Help was quick. The tires had to be preordered. Gave me a good deal. I gave the competition across the street one more time to earn my business all they can do was match the price. No thanks, besides Big Brand Tire had other services like tire alignment and oil change. This is where I will now go.

Great service, professional didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Got me in quick. Have a free shuttle to take you home instead of waiting and offer free wifi. Will be back for future car needs.

I was surprised as to how fast these guys got my tires done. I called them in the morning and scheduled to get new tires on my truck at 1:00. They finished my truck by 2:15…that is really good. Really friendly and helpful employees at the front desk, and even offered my thirsty little sister a bottle of water. Good job big brand.

Tim (manager) and Tomas were awesome. I had bolts in the sidewalls of my tires (back rear) and then on another trip needed to get new tires on a different car due to worm treads. They worked with my insurance policy through Carmax very patiently and were really kind in explaining everything to me. Also, Tomas gave me and my 2-​year-​old a ride to our house since they unexpectedly had to keep my car for the day. They really are nice people, and I trust them to do the work I need on my car. Will definitely keep going back.

Every time I go to Big Brand Tire, I leave knowing I will come back. I have been running late for a meeting, at 545, when they close at 6, and they have gotten me in and out in under an hour. One of the most helpful times I had gone, I had a flat and nothing but a motorcycle to get the tire there. Once the tire was fixed, the salesman said he didn’t feel safe having me take the tire back, so he used his car to deliver the tire my house. I tried to give him a tip, and he said no thank you, just give us a review on Unilocal.This group of employees has to be among THE MOST WILLING to help a customer that I have ever seen.

Great service! Came in to get my tire fixed (I got a screw stuck in it) They fixed it and installed it for free. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Total time here was an hour. Their waiting area was cool and comfy for me and my two kids. They have a TV with local channels playing and a soda machine. No wi-​fi. Will definitely do business with them again.

I knew what I was asking for, 95% of the folk weren’t. So we had to special order my tires. Then my lug nuts weren’t long enough. I swore I dealt with everyone in the front at one point throughout my order. I’d like to give a special thanks to Abdiel for his customer service. While everyone on the team was great, Abdiel was super duper.
I’m a three car household. I will be back and recommend this store to family and friends.

Best, most kind, thorough, great priced tire experience ever!
Went in for a slow leak repair and the agent showed me quickly the age of my tires are very old and then showed me bulges in the tires where they were stating to separate! Ug!
So we discussed my driving concerns and needs on my Cadillac Deville and purchased Michelins which are fantastic!
They worked me in with a 45 min estimate, but I was out in 30!
As I drive through a canyon road everyday, we also discussed if they would help me look into a rear stabilizer bar and they said we absolutely can help you get one on your vehicle!
They also can perform all engine and suspension work as well!
Love this shop; our new vehicle one stop shop home!

Great staff and great work on my car. I love coming to this location. I am now a regular. They get me checked in quickly and get my car in and out and quickly as possible. They are great at recommending services and not making you feel pressured into more than you need. Great safety checks as well.

I was referred to Big Brand by the AAA independent contractor who came out to help me with a flat tire. Turns out my new car DOESN’T have a spare tire! (Boo to Barber Honda!) Fortunately, my tire had a small, slow leak, and the gentleman was able to air it up. He told me that Big Brand repairs tires for free, and sure enough, they do! Great customer service. Though they were busy (I spent 90 minutes there) I’m very appreciative of their time and service and won’t forget it the next time I need tires.

I had to bump up my review by one star for Big Brand after their corporate office contacted me the other day. They apologized for the service that I received and said a check was in the mail for the entire cost of my service. I told him that wasn’t necessary but I appreciated them reaching out. He insisted and said the way I was handled wasn’t something that they considered acceptable. After this phone call I really do believe they are trying to offer exceptional service. Unfortunately it looks like I just was out of luck this day. Thanks to Matt from Big Brand for reaching out. I’m sure they saw my original review on Unilocal as I didn’t submit a complaint to them. So props to them for knowing Unilocal is a powerful consumer/​business tool and acting swiftly to correct problems.
